Cardinals/Cubs- first postponed game of the season. First of many, I'm sure.

My concern with the team isn't about one game. It's about how they looked late in spring training-- which wasn't good. Now does that mean anything either? No, but with every team in baseball playing 8 of their first 10 series in the division, nobody can afford to suck the first 30-35 games. Hopefully they win a game in KC, and come home and slaughter the Twins. And then when Sale takes the mound on Sunday, this season will get off and running.

The 15 losing teams on opening day, including Sunday night, scored a combined 16 runs.

Missing out on a nice day in KC today. Maybe rain tomorrow night. Thursday looks ok. Friday at 3pm....53, mostly cloudy and windy. Typical.

The Angels led the AL in wins last year. 96. Opening Day, lost 10-3 at home vs Seattle. They got swept in that series, and were outscored 26-8. There. Feel better.
