What is the point of this? It's an after game thread. And only Cubs fans think attendance justifies sucking. This team excels on the road (so far), encourage that. I don't even understand why you would try to rile him up...what the f*** is that going to do? Sox aren't going to trade a .5 game out, as long as they stay close to ASB, they shouldn't, the division is weak.... Really - Do you think an extra 10K fans are going to show up at the next homestand or something cuz you gave the "biz-naz" to Gregg? Who cares - relax. The Sox suck at home this year. 16 and what...20 now? They overtook Cleveland last time they had a long road trip - hopefully they do it again.

Meh, the Jays are a really well put together team. They compete in a REAL DIVISION every year. They've got a smart GM and so much power (and it's not Dunn-age and higher). I'm happy that the SOX are where they are; totally never expected them to be doing this well. This is a s*** division and if we continue to pwn the Toons and Twins, I don't see any reason to panic. Detroit may be the 06 SOX.

The average is just under 26K if you average over the years since '95... Lot of s***ty teams in there, too (you should look at the Sox LOSING history as well). Anyway, "Low", yes - but "10K by Wednesday" sounds like NBC today.

I get what you're trying to say, but don't think it applies to the Sox. AJ and Paulie ARE SOX - Peavy says he wants to be. We're all waiting...man, he sure talks alot.... The rest in your list can go get f***ed.

Well, one thing we can agree on is we all hope he'll start to hit. Really, I don't think his shape (or his son; which you didn't even bring up) has anything to do with his issues - I just don't think he's a very valuable hitter and never have. Having said - I hope Robin isn't like Ozzie and WILL bench him. You can't expect a team to win with someone performing to (f***ing recording breaking lows!) in your lineup. This isn't little league - f*** egos. I really hope to see Robin be a stand out and make these kind of tough choices with these s*** pieces he has... Then we can talk about KW...

Sorry for the hijack - I just can't hate on Dunn enough. You won't find a single post from me happy about getting him. NL Central s*** ass; maintained on non-contending teams.. He's the Javier Vazquez of DH candidates. If he was the DH for Minnesota, or KC, or Oakland...he'd probably be "great". He's a saber-head's reality check, really.

I cheer for the laundry, but Dunn and Rios are HORSEs*** wearing it. See one: Swisher, Nick. Sometimes the team isn't a fit - these guys aren't, and I don't think Rios would fit in ANYWHERE (just personal opinion).

I would hitchhike on this wagon. Why Lillibridge isn't a starter over Beckham is an absolute f***ing mystery to me at this point.... I mean, this is the same team that gave a name/face to Uribe - and at that time I didn't think anyone could be more frustrating than him. But that was until we were "All in" and took on high dollars in guys like Rios and Dunn... (meanwhile he {Uribe} got sent and just earned himself another ring).

Morel, Dunn, Rios (even with his 2H, manages to be a monumental f***up), repeat, rinse, it's only April, etc...
