supernuke

That's a pretty solid list right there.

I am curious what you believe is our most pressing need? My opinion is that without at least someone that can at least pass as a #2 starter any other acquisitions aren't going to matter.

Yes, he does. I'm just not sure how long that will take. Who knows, maybe he will click with Grandal quickly or perhaps with which ever back up catcher we end up with.

Yeah, If they can't get Bauer then they have to hope the new Mets owner want to start a rebuild and deGrom becomes available.

I would expect there will be some regression for Giolito, at least initially.

James Paxton.

Bauer or something equivalent. With out that any other moves wont matter.

The fact that Lynn was not moved makes me think your proposed trade wouldn't have been enough.

He can fucking run

Who will be behind the plate today? McCann has usually been the one to catch Dunning.

If the Big Hurt calls you Leroy, then your name is Leroy.

Even if it is 2 and out it is 2 games of playoff experience for a young core. I'll take the playoffs.

Come on EE, just retire now. You had a nice career.

Yes!

Need robot umps now. There is no reason not to have them.

Bullshit call but you have to be swinging with Angel behind the plate.

Gotta get to Lester now.

Almost have to go Lopez if we get to a game 3.

Not looking like a #3 for the playoffs anymore.

Signs of life!

AJ Hinch and Alex Cora will both be looking for work next season.

Please no, AJ is awful.

Kopech hasn't seen real game action in 2 years, of course he is going to start in the minors. That isn't really an I told you so moment.

The every 4th day thing seems like it would be a deal breaker. It would mess with the rest of the staff.

I vote for Slappy.
