Eh, I give up, this game is over. Man these Tigers suck.
-
- Higginson K's swinging. - Young singles to right. - Pena K's swinging. No surprise, I have watched 3 Tigers games now, and I don't think I've seen a Pena hit. - Monroe grounds to Guzman. Bottom 4, Twins 4-1.
-
I doubt they'll fire him until the season is over. Maybe the press conference is to give JM a vote of confidence?

Cornejo pitching for Tigers... - Mohr infield single to Halter. - Guzman hits standup triple to right, ball gets by Higginson after it hits the baggy. Mohr scores. 1-1 Tie. - Stewart singles to center. Guzman scores. 2-1 Twins. Stewart starts to steal second, then would have been caught so starts to head back to first. Santiago throws ball into dugout, E6, and Stewart is awarded third. - Hocking singles to right. Stewart scores. 3-1 Twins. - Mientkiewicz flies out to Santiago. Hocking holds. - LeCroy flies out to right. Hocking holds. - Jones singles to right, Higginson bobbles the ball, E9, Hocking goes to third. - Koskie doubles to right. Hocking scores, Jones moves to third. 4-1 Twins. - Pierzynski is intentionally walked. Bases loaded. - Mohr flies out to right. ...Chris Spurling is warming in Tigers bullpen... Top 4, 4-1 Twins. SERIOUSLY, WE LOST TO THIS TIGERS TEAM 8 TIMES RIGHT. HOW THE HELL DID THIS TEAM BEAT US? THEY ARE THE WORST TEAM I HAVE EVER SEEN. NONE OF THEIR HITTERS SCARE ME, NONE OF THEIR PITCHERS SCARE ME, AND THEIR DEFENSE IS A JOKE.

TOP 3rd. Radke is pitching for Twins... - Inge hit ground-rule double to second. - Santiago sac-bunts. Inge to third. - Sanchez hits sac-fly to center. Inge scores. 1-0 Tigers. - Morris grounds to Guzman. Bottom 3, 1-0 Tigers

We do need someone like Pinella. Too bad we won't get anyone like him.
-
And you're probably right.

Now your just confusing me. -
No no, I was just saying who would be available. Some of the guys will resign, but other are bound to move.
-
I am getting popups too. They are just a pain and make my computer go slow.
-
I couldn't stop laughing after that picture... That is so damn funny. I can't stop laughing either.

What do you mean by a link? I have the pictures on my computer. They are not online.

Where else could they go? Most teams have an SS who they are happy with. Is Eckstein a FA? I thought it was through a trade he would be avaiable. The teams with all the big money have their SS. Only teams in need of one would be: White Sox, Cubs, Mariners, A's, Angels, O's, D-Rays, Rockies, Dodgers, Brewers, Pirates, and Giants. There will be Tejada, Matsui, Aurillia, Guzman, Eckstein, and probably even a few other SS's available. We would be hard struck not to be able to upgrade over Jose.
-
I think it is more than just his problems with KW. Everyone was holding him to the standards of his past couple of seasons. He had to be great or it was a bad season. It did show Marte could do an okay job last year though.
-
I think JM standing next to Jerry's parents would be priceless.

Watch it dude. My generation takes the word "weak" as meaning hilarious and great... then it's.....awesome and great??? Does "your generation" REALLY consider WEAK as a compliment??? That is truly awful. Yeah, I was wondering that too. What generation are you from that considers 'weak' good. I always considered 'weak' to mean weak. -
Yeah, his mom, whom he lives with also likes Montreal and will have alot of say. What would make him want to go to the O's or the Padres? They will not be good for a few years, and he isn't going to make the playoffs or win anything important. I hope he does choose for reasons different than money, aswell as I hope he resists the Yankees. I just don't see it happening with their hole in right field.
-
I think the Dodgers would make the most sense for him. The Rockies won't get him. The Mariners would trade Guillen if they got Tejada. I think they will make a strong push for Matsui. They have the whole Asian look in Seattle; Ichiro, Sasaki, and Hasegawa, he would be comfortable there. This winter is going to be exciting.
-
Arn't the O's looking at Tejada and all of them. They do have the money, and I doubt Vlad will go anywhere but the Yankees. So he's the next best FA, and they try every year, but do come up short. We will wait and see. I hope Jose doesn't get the plate apperances.
-
That guy really f***ed us over this year. Why was I excited when we traded for him? I bought his Jersey!!!! Luckily they let me take it back for a sure thing in a Maggs jeresy. KW made a HUGE mistake, but i didnt want Foulke back this year. He had a horrible season last year and was happy to see him go. Do i wish i had him back, Yes, but was i happy to see him go at the time, YES Just watch, we will trade Koch away for someone like Jose Jimenez of the Rockies, then Koch will save 40 games for them. isnt that the way it always goes....lol they leave here and do better elsewhere......sucks being mlb's farm team huh How it works for us. One day we'll find someone to get it right. That'll prob be awhile before though. ITs way early, and a different situation, but Look at the Mets with Robbie. He went to New York a 300 hitter, left a 250 hitter, and now has come to the Sox, and while his average is still a little low, he obviously as we all know has been a somewhat bright spot in this s*** season. I really hadn't thought of Robbie. That is a good point. Let's see what we do with him now. Koch was not nearly as hyped when he came here, as Robbie was when he went to the Mets.

I like the fishing one. Too bad we couldn't have JR and KW thrown back too.
