  1. QUOTE (Brian @ Oct 31, 2009 -> 10:12 PM) If his stock drops and is there when the Bears pick, they better take him. He's the type of safety I want in the NFL. There is no way that he falls to the middle of the 3rd.
  2. On the 1, why not just do 4 QB sneaks? Jesus f***ing Christ
  3. Wow, USC really s*** the bed. Now I get to watch them play in a game like the Capital One Bowl. Joy. People love to hate Taylor Mays, but he stayed while his whole defense went pro, and now he suffers because of the lack of talent. He looks bad but it's the result of his teammates, similar to Forte/Cutler because of their OL.
  4. Like someone said, I'm not a huge Beekman backer, but I think I'm better than Omiyale. Did ya'll hear that there will be a Favre-cam for the Packers/Viqueens game Sunday? Wow I hate that guy.
  5. What teams have the best helmets in the NCAA? Here are my nominees, in no order: Texas USC Penn State Ohio State Florida State Notre Dame Miami Oklahoma
  6. Anyone see the beginning of ECU and Memphis? It looks like either Rece Davis got the s*** kicked out of him before the game, or ESPN ran out of makeup. Holy s***
  7. Unless Kane takes 5m/year and Keith takes 4-5m/year, I don't see a way we can get all 3 back, unless we trade Sharp, Barker, and/or Byfuglien and Versteeg.
  8. Cincinnati was putting another OT in the game in the TE's spot and making him elgible. Roach was too slow on the calls therefore they would run that side where the Bears would have 1 less tackler then they had a blocker. That's not a good formula.
  9. Tribune Is this season the last for Tommie Harris as a Bear?
  10. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Oct 25, 2009 -> 06:47 PM) and can a good team please trade for Stephen Jackson and save him from STL? Watched some of that game today and he has to be the 2nd best running back in the league, just too bad hes stuck on that suckfest of a team, would love to watch him on a good squad Well, he'd come here and suck. Quietly, the Rams have a great run blocking OL.
  11. They have to go 4-0 in these next 4 games, or it's over. Which means...it's over.
  12. QUOTE (daa84 @ Oct 25, 2009 -> 04:43 PM) its weird to think that in the course of 3 years the bears have gone from having needs at no place on defense or OL, but desperate needs at QB and WR to now having needs everywhere on defense, and the OL....situation completely reversed itself....i guess the TEs have remained constant I completely agree, but is there a more overrated player than Greg Olsen? It might fall on Turner's shoulders, but he's making way less of an impact then I thought he would this year.
  13. There is definitely going to be a 7th. If you type it in on google, they've already announced some of the cast/plot.
  14. When does JA get the blame? Honestly, it was great bringing in Cutler. But Omiyale is awful at his current position of RG, Kreutz is old, Pace is f***ing awful (I see why the Rams couldn't use him), Garza is average, and Williams isn't very good. Ron Turner is using Olsen like he's f***ing Alge Crumpler. Hey dips***, he's 6'6 and he runs like a deer. What about this f***ing DL? I thought Marinelli was supposed to be like the Holy Lord Savior? Harris is just as bad as last year, Ogunleye and Alex Brown have been MIA for the past 2 weeks, and we traded a 2nd round pick for Gaines Adams yet he doesn't see the field except to block opposing teams' extra points. Kevin Payne just blows a** and Bowman is getting toasted out there.
  15. Somebody should tell the OL that the object is to block the opposing team. That when you allow your QB to continue to be hit and get hands in his face, it's hard to throw and/or sustain offense.
  16. Wow, sort of disappointed by Saw 6. Definitely the most gorey though. BTW- I read on the Saw official forum that at the end of the movie, after Hoffman is screaming but before the credits, they show a man laughing for a quick second. Did anyone notice this?
  17. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Oct 22, 2009 -> 05:00 PM) has Pisa ended multiple years in a row with injuries? After this season, he will have played 27 games in 3 years.
  18. QUOTE (whitesoxfan101 @ Oct 20, 2009 -> 07:50 PM) Absolutely, and that's been a strategy that has really hurt him quite a bit. That doesn't apply in this case though since this move was a no brainer. If you are going to give that much up for a guy who you think is a franchise QB, you keep him around for the rest of his career. Next up: signing a real OL.
  19. QUOTE (zenryan @ Oct 20, 2009 -> 04:06 AM) Cant believe I fell for SD when I picked them to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl. What a moron I was. Atleast my NFC pick in Atlanta hasnt blown up in my face. I also picked SD vs ATL.
