  1. QUOTE (buhbuhburrrrlz @ Jul 1, 2015 -> 01:44 PM) DAT MEETING WITH LEBRON I bet LeBron agreed to let him in on some secret handshakes so that he can "fit in".
  2. QUOTE (buhbuhburrrrlz @ Jul 1, 2015 -> 01:37 PM) Love and Thompson staying in CLE Brian Windhorst ‏@WindhorstESPN 3m3 minutes ago Kevin Love will accept a five-year, $110 million contract extension with the Cavs according to sources Wow, I'm surprised Love wanted back in for the long haul.
  3. Khris Middleton got an offer for 5 years and $70 million. Khris freakin' Middleton... He was solid last year, but just two years ago, he was a throw-in in the Brandon Knight deal. Crazy.
  4. QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Jul 1, 2015 -> 10:50 AM) Danny greene back to sa. Tiago Splitter to Atlanta. I imagine that means Aldridge to San Antonio I thought they needed to dump both for Aldridge? If Aldridge goes to SA, they'd be pre-season championship favorites.
  5. QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Jul 1, 2015 -> 10:09 AM) So, are they admitting McBuckets was a mistake? Not sure why they'd bring Dunleavy back if McDermott is the future at the 3. Dunleavy is in his mid 30s. I'm pretty sure they gave him a 3 year deal just to make sure the Cavs didn't get him. McDermott will get his PT this year. It looks like Hoiberg and the FO are joined at the hip. There's no way GarPax's ego will let them admit a mistake so early.
  6. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jul 1, 2015 -> 09:54 AM) HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAH thats funny i dont want Linsanity. He would get backup quarterback treatment to the extreme I want Linsanity.
  7. QUOTE (Ozzie Ball @ Jul 1, 2015 -> 06:24 AM) He had one substitute appearance against Liverpool in which he was unstoppable. That was one of the best games of the seasons that I watched. Overall he was just highly inconsistent and then got hurt. A common theme for South American's in the Premier League. I hear Arsenal's interested in bringing him in to pair with Alexis. That would be a good change for him IMO.
  8. QUOTE (DBAHO @ Jul 1, 2015 -> 12:17 AM) Aminu signs with Portland for 4/30. Really Portland have done well to get him, Noah Vonleh and Gerald Henderson for Batum. Cavs and Wizards both after Dunleavy, but Bulls are still the favs to re-sign him. Leonard re-signs with the Spurs for 5/90, not that there was any doubt on that one. Anthony Davis has also verbally agreed to a 5/145 deal according to Woj. Aminu is getting almost $8 million a year? The guy's a bench player who played under 20 minutes a game last year.
  9. USA are 2-0 against the Germans this year.
  10. Anyone see how good Eduardo Vargas was yesterday for Chile? He almost scored a hat trick and hit a screamer from 34 yards out. It's crazy how he's not being used more at Napoli. His loan at QPR was pretty poor last year.

QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Jun 30, 2015 -> 01:14 AM) Yeah, I might give The Brink a try. Going to wait on Ballers. It just looks dumb. I had an hour and watched two episodes yesterday. It's actually not bad. I mean it's not award winning or anything, but it's a fun show. Lots of nice cars, nice houses, and hot women. HBO's got a nice 2 hour block of good shows right now.
  12. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jun 30, 2015 -> 10:35 AM) Lil confused because team offered him both a 1 year qualifying and a full max offer. No player has every taken the one year qualifying over a full max offer. Maybe Butler is the first, we shall see. Yes, Ben Gordon and Greg Monroe turned down big deals to sign the qualifying offer, but they didn't turn down max deals. It is a different situation though, with the cap going up so much next year. Butler will actually make more money if he gambles on himself and take the QO and then get the full max next year. But it's a gamble. I'd rather take the $90 million today and run with it.

Decided to watch True Detective this past weekend, finished season 1 and caught up with season 2. First season was really good, but the pacing of the show feels slow. It takes a while to actually get into it.
  14. Or he's using LA as leverage so he can get a shorter extension from the Bulls. It'd be 3 years as opposed to 5.
  15. Argentina v. Colombia did not disappoint. One of the most physical and intense games I've ever seen.
  16. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jun 26, 2015 -> 09:00 AM) +46 Runs 0-6 Extra Inning record 6-18 One Run games 16-8 Blowouts 34-41 overall That has all the making of a team either underachieving or just straight unlucky Their Pythag W-L is 42-33. It's crazy how bad they are in one run games.
  17. lol s***. Wright's off the board too.
  18. If Jones goes to Dallas, next PG on most boards is Delon Wright, a 6'5 combo guard.
  19. Grant is going to NYK for Tim Hardaway Jr.
  20. QUOTE (danman31 @ Jun 25, 2015 -> 08:44 PM) With Grant gone can the Bulls take Tyus Jones? If Dallas doesn't take him. I think Dallas is definitely going to take a PG. Grant was intriguing because he's a combo guard. Jones is strictly a PG.
  21. Grant goes at 19. Maybe Tyus Thomas will be around at 22.
  22. Dekker still on the board. I wouldn't be surprised if the Bulls take him at 22. Edit: Nevermind, Houston took him at 18. Hopefully we can get Grant

All this talk of blowing up the White Sox. Meanwhile the Red Sox are actually worse record-wise and spent even more money this off-season.
  24. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jun 23, 2015 -> 11:02 PM) If she was Miroslav Klose, I'd say the Americans would be the favorites. Japan's second goal was some men's Champions League s***. Then the Japanese goalie had to be point shaving, no way she just gives that up. I bet Miroslav Klose could dominate the women's game at age 45. And that second Japanese goal was some Brazil-Germany s***. It reminded me of that Khedira goal where Germany passed it around 3 times in the box before Khedira decided to put Julio Cesar out of his misery.
  25. Gold Cup rosters have been released. I was really hopping for Jordan Morris to make the roster, but we're stuck with Wondo again...
