We have half a bullpen today, so we'll definitely need a few more runs if we want to win.

I don't think teams know how to pitch him yet.

Left that change up too in the zone.

Out of challenges in the 4th. For once, we didn't waste all our challenges early.

He looks awkward out there at times, like he hasn't played outfield that much. Kinda shows with the misplayed hops and not getting in good positions to throw.

He wouldn't have gotten DFA'd if he was good.

Interesting that Peters hitting better coincided with him moving to the 8 spot. You have to wonder if pitchers now pitch him differently with an automatic out right behind him.

Peters on a heater

Pitch count might chase him before the scoreboard.

Monty overran that one. If he didn't, Torres doesn't tag.

Regression was always coming. His FIP and xERA are around 3-3.5. That's still really good, but he's not exactly a 1.5 ERA pitcher. Pretty much nobody is.

I just kept picturing him swinging at that cause that's all he's been doing since the ASB.

Great AB from Colson

He used to be an elite framer. He hasn't been as good at it the past couple of years though. Either way, he can't be any worse than Quero or Romo on defense. He should also at least hit better than Romo. Honestly, it makes way more sense to have Rogers and Quero split the job than Romo and Rogers. But for some reason, Romo's irreplaceable.

It was, I'm just saying if he actually did it, I wouldn't blame him lol

Yeah I don't blame him if he messages someone on IG that he's better than Romo. He was finally putting together good PAs, which Romo basically never does. Yes, his defense is atrocious, but Romo's isn't that much better.

Cleveland loses too, now 5 back of the Sox.

We were on everything in his last inning. Sam apparently didn't get the memo, but everyone else did. He probably had a tell, but he was also throwing some pitches right down the middle.

I was really hoping they'd save the good relievers after they went up 5. Oh well, Taylor didn't throw that many pitches, so he should still be available Sunday.

Now that deserves an award. And not just a East Los Angeles International Film Festival award.

Can't wait for the new season. Apparently he was doing some stuff with Elizabeth Holmes. Maybe he'll be studying how to scam people lol.

It's ok, I now know he was listening to Evanescence when he landed that plane. What a guy.

They should probably stop throwing him low pitches. He's golfing them out.

Yeah I saw that too. Probably can't say for sure that it made contact though.

His bat speed is bad, but it's not like Meidroth levels of bad. And as Chase has shown, you can succeed with a slow swing. His hitting mechanics must be completely fucked for him to hit the ball as softly as he does.
