Mike Clevinger to Sox per Rosenthal
He was also awful in the playoffs.

Rumor: White Sox made offer for Max Kepler
I'm not sure why the Twins would want a reliever when they have Duran and Jorge Lopez at the back end.

Mike Clevinger to Sox per Rosenthal
If $8 million is all he got then his market must have been very small.

Mike Clevinger to Sox per Rosenthal
I don't see them trading Lucas while Katz is the pitching coach.

Mike Clevinger to Sox per Rosenthal
If Katz can get him to stop fidgeting before the pitch I would be so happy.

MLB.com proposes worst Sox trade I’ve seen yet
Donaldson is gonna be 37 and is owed almost $30 million guaranteed. Even if the Yankees kick in $11 million like the article suggested the Sox would still be adding salary for 2022.

Anyone but Donaldson and I'd probably take that deal (all money being equal).

Sox looking for LH OF, LH 2B, and SP
Is this the 2022 version of the Sox are interested in players like Semien and Robbie Ray?

Rumor: White Sox made offer for Max Kepler
The Twins did just trade Urshela away for a 19 year old pitcher. I don't know if Kepler would demand much more.

Rumor: White Sox made offer for Max Kepler
Without his starts against the Sox, Bundy would be have been god awful last year.

Gonna guess it's Clevinger.

Scratch That: Sox Interested in Wong...maybe...but Mariners Getting him
He's down to 21st percentile in sprint speed. Which definitely doesn't help him defensively.

Way to out yourself as racist...jk I was pretty sure Wong went to HS in Hawaii.

2023 MLB offseason signings and rumors thread
I can see why the Sox tendered Ruiz a contract when Joely Rodriguez is getting $2 million guaranteed.

That would have been quite the off-season...3 years ago.

I'm not sure I want to see Burger play 3B ever again.

Wong doesn't have a ton of surplus value since $10 million is basically his market value. I'd imagine the Brewers would just want a lottery prospect back if they don't eat the money. Milwaukee is also looking to dump salary, so I don't see them picking up $10 million for prospects. I can see the Brewers wanting someone like Jake Burger to platoon with Rowdy Tellez.

22 World Cup Thread
Wales had an absolutely terrible strategy coming into this game. It looked like they were scared and playing for a tie like the US are a far superior team. We're really not...and when they decided to not park the bus after we scored the first goal, they looked every bit as good as we did, if not better. The build up play was actually solid today, even in that crap 2nd half, we just didn't know what to do once we got near the box. This is where lacking a true solid #9 really hurts this team. You got guys with pace who can drive the ball deep into the other team's half on the wings, but once they cross, there's nobody really there to hold up the ball or head it in. I don't think we threatened the keeper even though we had nearly 10 chances with the ball in the box in that 2nd half.

If he's out, we're about to see just how bad this supporting cast is with Siemian at QB.
