QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Sep 26, 2013 -> 11:27 PM) Yeah, I feel like I am getting close to. I just did the mission where you travel OUT of San Andreas, which feels like it's towards the end of the storyline. Yeah, I'm about a heist after that. I only have the last big heist left. That mission where you travel to North Yankton reminds me a lot of the mission in GTA San Andreas where you had to fly out to Liberty City.

Well this game makes me feel a bit better about Kaepernick.

A guy in my league is somehow 2-1 despite drafting Michael Turner. He also has Matt Ryan and Aaron Rodgers. Due to Kaepernick's struggles, I've offered him Fred Jackson and Greg Jennings (I wanted to give him Royal, but he said he'd rather have Jennings) for Ryan. He's really in no position to bargain with me considering Rodgers' bye is this week and Ryan will be more or less useless to him afterwards. Do you guys think a trade like this will go through?

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Sep 26, 2013 -> 01:49 PM) I gave both Franklin and Trevor ridiculous beards in GTA 5. Also, I don't have nearly as much time as I used to to play these games. I've had it for over a week and only just now did my first drug plane drop with Trevor. There's so much to do in the game, it's like 1,000 games in one. GTA V...game of games.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Sep 26, 2013 -> 07:59 AM) Gomez and Maholm have a little history between them. Gomez has crushed Maholm (9/20, 2 homeruns), and Maholm has hit Gomez a few times. Way to be a sore loser about it. I feel as if this Braves team thinks they can talk s*** or hit whoever they want (Chris Johnson telling Fernandez he had a weakass fastball for instance), but when someone else does it to them, they get all pissy.

QUOTE (zenryan @ Sep 25, 2013 -> 07:34 PM) Yeah but I'm growing tired of the Braves. Hoping they flame out early in October. This. They think they're the "play the game the right way" police.

I have about 5 missions left until I beat the story mode in GTA V.

QUOTE (Jake @ Sep 26, 2013 -> 09:24 AM) Can't wait for Nexus phones to be available for ATT Nexus phones are so cheap that you don't need them to be subsidized by a carrier. That's a big part of the Nexus program.

QUOTE (SleepyWhiteSox @ Sep 26, 2013 -> 09:18 AM) Can't wait for the new Nexus phone One more month, if not less.

QUOTE (Eminor3rd @ Sep 25, 2013 -> 03:44 PM) It's only appropriate that his name got me a consolation game finish. You would have won it all if you didn't lose the last game of the season. You would have outscored your first round opponent and then me in the finals.

QUOTE (iamshack @ Sep 25, 2013 -> 04:17 PM) This isn't fantasy football related, but it certainly is fantasy related...too funny not to post. Out on this field we are gods Looks like that guy's been taking lessons from Ray Lewis.

QUOTE (Eminor3rd @ Sep 25, 2013 -> 02:07 PM) Lyle Mouton! Ron Karkovice! Matt Thornton! You would say that.

QUOTE (Jake @ Sep 24, 2013 -> 07:08 PM) A near-flawless AT&T HTC One 4.3 ROM has leaked, which may mean that the carrier update is not far. It has already gone out to developer models, int'l devices. My coworker's dad works for HTC. He's had 4.3 on his One for 3 weeks now.

QUOTE (SoxAce @ Sep 23, 2013 -> 11:24 PM) I had Eric Decker on my bench... f***... me. The Yahoo blurb about last night's game was that a lot of people DROPPED Decker after his awful game in week 1. You never overreact based on one game, especially the first game of the season. I had a guy tell me a week ago (on Monday night before Bernard had his break out game) he dropped Giovanni Bernard because he was Law Firm's backup. I was puzzled as hell. Looks like it's the other way around now.

QUOTE (HickoryHuskers @ Sep 24, 2013 -> 11:17 AM) Composite of Power Rankings from ESPN, FOX, CBS and NBC: 1 DEN 2 SEA 3 NE 4 NO 5 CHI 6 CIN 7 MIA 8 KC 9 BAL 10 IND/HOU I don't get how NE is #3.

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Sep 24, 2013 -> 11:03 AM) "Felina" is the name of the last episode. Names are important in the Bad universe. And Felina, according to Wikipedia, could refer to the scientific classification for small cats. Honestly, I wish I could write some eloquent prediction based on this nomenclature. Unfortunately, I have no idea what cats and Breaking Bad might have to do with each other. Conversely, it might not have anything to do with cats -- but I think the Internet would love it if it did. Because what is better than mixing two of the web's favorite things -- felines and Breaking Bad? I guess we'll have to wait until the next episode to find out. Mummified cats? After all, Ozymandias.

QUOTE (RockRaines @ Sep 24, 2013 -> 11:04 AM) When you are around a bunch of other people especially when they have verizon the ATT service gets blocked. That's why it sucks at sporting events. I'm not a cellular technology expert, but I think GSM and CDMA towers are separate. So Verizon traffic usually doesn't affect AT&T traffic. The only reason where I can see something one service interfering with another is LTE. LTE is a GSM and it's not uncommon for companies to share towers. My theory is just that there are way too many people on AT&T and their network doesn't handle it as well as Verizon. There are also more CDMA towers in the US than GSM.

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Sep 24, 2013 -> 08:43 AM) I've had both of these experiences with AT&T (only with them because they're on a business plan for me right now). I get the former experience even when away from major events, AT&T just has times when it decides it's not in a good mood. Problem is sometimes you actually need that data. I used verizon a while back and found their ability to get coverage in the middle of no where quite impressive. I had this issue on an AT&T MVNO. It got to the point where I had to pray I had cellular data. It was so hit or miss. I got rid of it and switched to T-Mobile. The coverage isn't as good, but I get a much more consistent internet connection.

QUOTE (bmags @ Sep 24, 2013 -> 09:32 AM) I have a 1A and it is just freaking the f*** out. It's actually an HTC brand charger too. Maybe my wall station at work is just too low. You might need 1.3 or 2 A.

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Sep 23, 2013 -> 11:06 PM) Major thumbs down to the Raiders head coach. How do you not give Janikowski a shot at the 67-yard FG in the mile high air ? The game was already out of reach in all honesty and a Hail Mary TD was very unlikely anyway. You have Janikowski on your fantasy team don't you?

QUOTE (scs787 @ Sep 23, 2013 -> 01:26 PM) Yeah, seems as though I caught you at the right time since my team didn't do much better. I actually had thoughts of keeping White in over Gordon and playing McGahee over Cook which would have cost me 26 points and lead you to an easy victory...luckily I didn't. Well s***, I should have hyped Roddy White in this thread all week then. I would have been undefeated in 3 of my 4 Yahoo leagues if I did somehow win this week in the Soxtalk league.

I got 10 points from Desean Jackson and Colin Kaepernick. The rest of my team scored 161. Hurray for pure dominance.

QUOTE (scs787 @ Sep 23, 2013 -> 01:10 PM) not in the soxtalk heroes league =p Yeah my team tanked badly this week. I was #1 through the first two weeks though.

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Sep 23, 2013 -> 10:12 AM) Anyone? I win if that stat correction holds and I lose if it doesn't. I know exactly what play it was but I can't figure out why the hell it was changed and I'm paranoid it'll get changed back. I think that's an error, they can't take a defensive touchdown away...
