I heard Eduardo Perez call Jose Ramirez a future ball of famer during one of their wild card series games. My first thought was...maybe he will be one in the future, but there's no way you can say that now. I go to his FanGraphs page to see that he already has 57 fWAR and probably has at least another 3 good years in him left. Unless he falls off the face of the earth, he's gonna be in the Hall. And Cleveland has constantly not spent money around him. I don't even know why he signed that extension with them. It was a discount and they're not spending the money they saved by signing him to it.

The looks on A-Rod and Jeter's faces as they kept doing it was priceless

Kershaw just always sucks in the playoffs. Poor guy, Roberts just left him out there to get killed.

Vaughn vs. Keller. Battle of the Sox rejects

Frelick and Turang both hit .300 against lefties in the regular season. I can see why Murphy let them hit. It didn't work out, but it's not like they had lopsided splits.

That and the Turang at bat sold the inning for them

Brewers are gonna need the bottom of the order to start a rally in the 9th

Can Bauers play outfield?

Contreras bat flipping a walk is just dumb.

For a guy who hit .300 against lefties this season, that was awful from Turang

This ump sucks

Chourio would be on 3rd if he could run

Should have let Collins pinch hit in the 4th.

Bauers makes it a 1 run game

The extra off day between games 1 and 2 means that Peralta will be on 4 days rest. Same with Boyd.

Peralta will be on normal rest by tomorrow. There's no reason to save Quintana unless you're trying to save him for game 5.

The Brewers have a bunch of switch hitters. Why let Lockridge give away an out?

Oh Brewers showing some life.

It almost worked. Busch's homer almost got blown back in. You can probably argue that Suzuki's fly out might be a homer on a good day too.

Taillon has a ERA in the 1s and a FIP in the low 3s since coming back from the IL in August. He's easily their best starting pitcher right now.

Crazy how much better Quintana looks compared to Priester. Dude must have been shitting his pants to pitch that poorly.

Brewers really need Woodruff back if they advance.

Do the Brewers just let Quintana eat some innings? They're gonna need the bullpen tomorrow.

Can't hang a breaking ball middle/middle to PCA

Finally got a K. His stuff looks like it's got minimal movement.
