  1. Great win again. DeMar was MJ-esque again in the 4th. Lonzo hit a huge 3 after missing all night. Ayo was absolutely amazing. His energy brought the Bulls back after they were down by double digits in the 3rd. 2-0 against the Nets, although we caught them both times on the last game of a back to back.
  2. Bulls getting out-hustled tonight when Brooklyn is playing in the 2nd game of a back to back. They really miss Caruso on defense.
  3. Everyone I've seen has heralded Caruso as the guy whose contribution doesn't really show in the statlines...but he actually leads the Bulls in RAPTOR WAR, which is kind of insane. It's so insane that he's actually 7th in the NBA in RAPTOR WAR and he's done that playing less than 30 minutes a game.
  4. Covington should be somebody the Bulls go after. They don't need another guy who can score 20 a game, they need a guy who can defend 4/5s and not be a liability on offense. Covington fits that bill perfectly. He's a plus defender and can help you space the floor on offense since he's a great 3 point shooter.
  5. I like Schwarber a lot, but if the plan is to play him in RF, it's just not gonna work. Eloy in LF is already a problem, flanking Robert with another statue in RF is gonna kill our OF defense. He would be great to have as a bat, but we already have enough DHs on the roster.
  6. Randle did whatever he wanted last night near the paint. Both DJJ and Green aren't strong enough to defend guys like him down low. Against teams with a lot of bigs, the Bulls will really struggle defensively. Taj getting ejected early in the game last night probably helped the Bulls quite a bit. It'll be interesting to see how we stack up against Cleveland when they run 3 7 footers out there, even though Lauri doesn't play like one.
  7. The Bulls really need a 2nd big to play with Vucevic. I'm so tired of seeing Javonte Green getting bullied by guys twice his size. He does what he can but it's hard to go up against guys who are almost 7 feet when you're 6'5 on a good day.
  8. Didn't Thad and Vucevic not play well together when they were on the court at the same time?
  9. I bet MLB didn't see that move as a big win for the players.
  10. It's also weird how the Red Sox looked like they could score 20 runs every game against the Astros then all of a sudden they couldn't score a run to save their lives in the last 3 games of the ALCS.
  11. His steal on Randle really changed the course of this game late. The guy is just such a smart defender. When he didn't play to start the 2nd half the Bulls got outscored by 16 in 7 minutes. It's crazy how big of an impact he has on this team.
  12. SGA didn't play, but they probably lose by 60 with him instead of 70+.
  13. Man it's one thing to change the ball, it's another to have 2 different balls and selectively give teams a better ball for offense. This needs to be a much bigger scandal.
  14. It was pretty close to a complete double up. At one point it was 150-75.
  15. Gritty win after yet another blown 20+ point lead. This team just can't hold big leads. Good to see Vooch come back with another good game. They finally have Vooch, Zach, and DeMar going at the same time. Lonzo missed just about every wide open 3 and they still won. Had he just made 2 or 3 of them this game wouldn't have gone down to the wire.
  16. This deal convince me that we can totally get rid of Kimbrel's contract if the Brewers found a taker for JBJ.
  17. They're in the high teens in the Brewers' system. I'm not sure why Boston decided to trade a guy who hit 30 homers and was worth 3 WAR for a negative value player last year who's making a lot more money.
  18. Wait, the Brewers got somebody useful for the contract of JBJ?
  19. Also if Knebel is getting $10 million a year, the market for Tepera will probably be 2-3 years at $7-8 million per year.
  20. Knebel hasn't closed for a few years but was pretty good last year. I wonder if this takes the Phillies out of the Kimbrel market.
  21. Dude can't catch a break.
  22. Oh that's why lmao
  23. There was a time where I thought you and Squirmin' for Yermin were the same person. Cause IIRC, you were literally Squirmin' for Yermin at one point.
  24. I don't look at the tweets as anything definitive, but they do at least spark some conversation.
  25. It sucks ass cause it's all because Rich Paul couldn't keep his mouth shut for like an hour.
