  1. Tyler Higbee got 2 years and $8 million to re-sign with the Rams. You can probably replace Kmet at half his cap hit if you really wanted to.
  2. Yeah, they have $10 million to replace Dalman. Linderbaum is gonna cost around $20 million a year on the open market. Biadasz would be a cheaper short term solution.
  3. Mune's already in form for the WBC. Can't wait to watch him in that tournament.
  4. I think you mean Edmunds. Cutting him frees up 15 million. Cutting Edwards gets you almost no extra cap space. If we're going to trade for Crosby, trading DJ makes a ton of sense. I think the most I'd consider is the 2026 1st, 2027 2nd, and Moore. Crosby is not the player Parsons is.
  5. Yeah I'd actually rather have Fedde than give Civale $6 million.
  6. They spent the Fairbanks money on Martinez.
  7. I think the general consensus was that Maye played terribly for most of the playoffs and got carried by their defense. The Patriots defense didn't give up more than 16 points in any of their AFC playoff games. Whereas while Caleb did not play well for large portions of his playoff games, he put the Bears in a position to win. You could argue they won against the Packers because of him. I don't think you can say the same for Maye.
  8. Maye was 1 first place vote away from winning MVP just 4 days ago. Now he's getting piled on for having one of the worst Super Bowl performances of all time. Life comes at you fast. It sucks for him since he had a great year, schedule or not. The Patriots were also just ahead of schedule, much like the Bears. But just like the Bears, there's no guarantee they'll be back in this same spot next year. Their schedule gets much more difficult. But they also have a lot of cap space to improve their talent level. I thought they straight up did not have the talent to match up with the Seahawks, which makes sense for a team that was ahead of schedule and won 4 games last year.
  9. Does this take them out of the Canning sweepstakes?
  10. AKME's fascination with the Kum Bucket is staggering
  11. They're collecting all the French players
  12. Oh look, the Bulls were late to trade someone again.
  13. Unless there is a move where they can flip Sexton and Simons somewhere for a productive player or 1st round picks, this is literally just reshuffling the cards they already had.
  14. Dieng and Sexton are expiring. I'll have to see how good the 3 2nds are. I guess in aggregate, maybe they're like a 1st round pick?
  15. If it's DFS, there better be a first round pick attached.
  16. Unless the Bulls can get Giannis without giving up Giddey and Matas, it doesn't make a lot of sense to try and get him. The only thing this team has going for it is that they own all their picks (+ Portland's lottery protected pick) and they have a ton of cap space this off-season. But if you trade the draft capital and any semblance of talent the team currently has, it leaves you with just cap space (minus Giannis' max contract) to fill out a roster that needs to win in the next few years. The timeline isn't great and Giannis wouldn't have a much better chance to win here than he already does in Milwaukee.
  17. Don't give me hope man
  18. Not that I really care how the rest of the season goes...but the only big man healthy on the team right now is Jalen Smith and he's more of a PF than a center.
  19. They gave up one to get rid of Vuc lol
  20. They'll have to pay him to keep him. I'm not sure he's much of an upgrade over Coby. Similar types of players.
  21. Simons is also an expiring. At least they're making moves. Vuc should have been off the team 2 seasons ago.
  22. They gotta trade Coby White now. Ivey will be an RFA this off-season, so they would need to pay him to keep him. With him coming off the broken leg and knee injuries, it'll be interesting to see how he recovers.
  23. I think Dart is better than Trubisky, but I also can't stop seeing the similarities.
  24. Getting nothing for Coby is malpractice.
  25. How are they not going to trade Coby White? It's just baffling.
