  1. What a load of s%*#. Lol. Please don't speak about things you have no clue about.
  2. Without a new owner, this will only kill the team off completely. Nobody is going to follow the White Sox if JR moves them, and good luck drawing new fans. It would be an utter disaster. There's no reason for a new owner to rebuild in a new city, either. The market is here, and where are you going to find a BETTER market?
  3. What in the f*** is all this nonsense I am reading here about batting gloves?? Lmao.
  4. Of course JR is not a problem for the White Sox(or the Bulls, lol). The same way Bill Wirtz wasn't a problem for the Blackhawks. And the Chicago Tribune wasn't a problem for the Cubs. Right.
  5. The Grifol comments were even worse. LOL. The White Sox are DOOMED.
  6. Look at the guys that were traded out... I'm seeing guys that work their asses off, have worked through adversity, and are generally extremely competitive players. Apparently those are the guys the White Sox don't want around the team... You can't make this s%*# up. This entire press conference has basically been Hahn attempting to trash the guys they traded away, attack their credibility, etc. Oh, those guys were part of the problem, that's why we traded them. Nobody is buying your bullshit.
  7. A veteran player publicly approaches management to ask to leave early, when the Sox still have a game to play, and he's the only backup... They tell him no, and he complains. In the open clubhouse. In front of teammates. He SHOULD be called out on it. It's ridiculous, and it shows how fucking rotten this organization is. The fact that he slapped TA and there were NO REPURCUSSIONS shows how fucked up the culture here is.
  8. Rich Hahn is such a fucking clown. This guy is so over his head trying to run this team. He sounds like a guy running a little league baseball team. Just clueless. Absolutely clueless.
  9. I get it. We all want to think things aren't as bad as they are, but they really are this bad. Likely much worse than we believe, actually. Because it's very rare for dirty laundry to be aired in the MLB. When it is, it's usually just a small piece of the puzzle.
  10. Lol. The White Sox apparently have a player on the roster that has sleep issues, and their training staff encouraged him to sleep in the clubhouse? This s%*# is just insane. Like, if you have a professional athlete with that issue, address the fucking issue so he can sleep at night. Because he's certainly not operating at 100% if his issues are THAT bad.
  11. Why would he be allowed to leave? The Sox had a game to play, and he was the second catcher... The all-star break starts when it starts for everyone. He made a comment in the interview that "the only thing I'm thinking about a day before the break is my lake house and spending time with my family, since I haven't spent enough time with them". What???
  12. The truth is in the middle. Managerial and coaching styles must absolutely adapt to the times. You need structure, organization, accountability, rules, and consequences, for not following them. But you also need to allow the players freedom to be themselves and have fun. It's a balance. A balance the White Sox have absolutely no idea how to find. Maybe if they weren't trying to operate with 20-25% of the front office staff other organizations were, they wouldn't be such a clusterfuck.....?
  13. Lol. Imagine how bad the culture must be for a veteran player to even THINK of asking to leave early for the break, when they still have a game to play. I mean....just mind blowing. Also, shut up Yaz. We aren't idiots.
  14. Lmao. An absolutely rotten, busted organization. Through and through. What can Hahn and Grifol POSSIBLY have to say? lol Grandal wanting to leave for the break early because he wasn't playing in the game, says EVERYTHING about the White Sox culture. There's no fucking team here. It's just a bunch of guys showing up for work. He wasn't playing, so figured he had no reason to be at the game... I mean, what the f***? Is this serious? TA's response was perfect, actually.
  15. He's a baseball player. Of course his "form" was terrible. Of course, nobody seems to be mentioning that Ramirez was basically slap fighting and flailing at him, and just got lucky.
  16. This is s%*# I wouldn't tolerate from the fucking high school kids I coach. Oh, you're too cool to stretch? Then enjoy the fucking bench for the first period. This org truly is a joke.
  17. God forbid a guy playing for a dogshit organization, having a bad season, where he obviously played hurt for a good portion of it, shows some fire, frustration, and balls. When some punk ass on a divisional rival gets in his face over a routine play... What? Of all the things to complain about recently, I can't believe this is actually one of them. In hockey, it isn't about winning or losing the fight. It's about stepping up. Ramirez is a fucking punk who has been showing the Sox up and strutting around for a couple seasons now. TA finally had enough and said f*** you. He should be getting praised, not ridiculed or laughed at.
  18. Bullshit. He was absolutely knocked out. Watch his arms when he gets hit. And watch his eyes and his balance when he gets up. 100% a concussion. I've seen enough of them in my 30+ years of hockey to know.
  19. Never been in a fight and took one on the chin, huh? Never seen a boxing match? Never watched a hockey game between 1980 and 2010??? First concussion you've ever seen? He was fucking out of it, man. 100% concussed. So many of you showing your fucking ass in this thread. Good on TA for showing some fire. He was 100% in the right here. Also, one of the luckiest flails I've ever seen a guy throw. Ramirez was throwing hands like a b****. TA was going to work him.
