He knows the endpoint is when Quentin returns. I'm guessing this is Wise's last hurrah.

Anyone else want to eat crow and admit Ozzie was right about not putting too much pressure on Getz and Fields? Originally he had no intention of batting them 1 and 2, but acquiesced. They were hot to start but then regressed. They moved down in the lineup and now they are coming along.

Weaver dominates us so bad that even his less talented brother beats us.

How about Alexei with 3 BBs and a hit? That might be the most remarkable. The GIDP he had was hit hard so it was just bad luck. Thome also hit the ball really hard and GIDP'd.

One thing that has gotten lost in the boxscore is that even with Danks struggling, Sox pitching only allowed 1 hit after the first inning.

We have won 3 games since Buehrle's last start.
