It’s a lost season anyways. I’ve seen enough of Touki and Kopech to know they aren’t MLB consistent starters. Kopech can be your closer till you are able to shop him at the deadline and it gives you the opportunity to see what the two kids can bring to the table instead of bouncing them around.

This team even if they are healthy have zero pitching and that core last year couldn’t contend. This team must get a haul for Cease to accelerate the rebuild, but outside of that they are going nowhere fast unless they open the check book but we all know JR isn’t about to spend half a billion to fix all the issues they have.
