Speaking of the Rangers, I don't love that system outside of Carter/Langford/Walcott. And there's no chance Carter and Langford are on the table. I think the Sox match up much better with NY.

And here we are again. I think you absolutely can make a solid package without Jones. Arias/Lalane/Hampton are some fine pieces. But then again I'm risk averse and terrified of Cease somehow tanking his value.

Probably sound like a broken record at this point, but the top of the class feels so much better then it did a few months ago. Condon, Cags, Smith, Burns, Mongtomery, and even Brecht at 5 I'm okay with. Griffin and some of the prep guys are fine too. I still don't know how I feel about Wetherholt/Bazzana. College 2B scares me. Curious to see how updated rankings place the top of this class.

I assume they are just likening his path and innings increase to be a slow, calculated, and methodical one. Mentioning TJ in how they describe the approach is certainly a choice though. Especially if you want to rile up the masses.
