I often wonder if the players are against the new tendency to use one inning openers to start games, which usually means 7-10 pitchers used in that game? And, if they are against it, is this an issue in the work stoppage? Same question with excessive use of shifts. I hate both strategies, especially the one inning openers. If the players want to change this, I'm with them.
