Bummer imitating Diekman.

You can't stop Jacob Burke; you can only hope to contain him.

He didn't want to hurt Giolito's feelings. He's very sensitive.

13-man bullpen, and he leaves him in.

Sox Mgr. either a dope or betting on Tigers.

Baez thinking slam

How about a 30-yard dash between Vaughn and Cabrerra?

This is where managers get really dumb. My starter has to go 5 innings.......

Saw that. Gave him a couple of earned runs.

Been wondering the same thing.

Putting Burger at second is another example of self-destruction.

Oh, stop the music. Give him a day off? Okay, okay.

I'd like to put Burger and Zunino in the same room and let them talk about hitting.

Timmy U, so it looks like Sox have two, count 'em two, genuine young outfield prospects in Wilfred Veras and Jacob Burke, neither of whom were on anyone's radar a year ago. Thanks for your comments on them both the last few days.

Uh, he probably won't take your offer.

Burdi got tattooed last night. Tampa gave up 20 runs, 5 by Burdi in one inning.

Jacob Burke keeps hitting for Kanny.

Okay, then it's the Golden Sombrero.

Is that called the Golden Sombrero?

Vaughn needs a few days off.

It was an 0 and 2 waste pitch.

Burger is seeking and found his own level, He got a few hits, and posters here thought he could actually hit. He is the second coming of somebody, not sure who. Cass Michaels comes to mind.

No. It was the river.

I thought for sure that Vaughn would have a solid season. Sort of .280ish BA, OPS around .850 or so. Still attainable. One thing I have noticed is that he seems to get a lot of really shitty calls from Home Plate umpires. He'll get better.
