Why can't Carlos Sanchez throw a ball without staring and pumping for 1-2 seconds

Yeah Jeff just hasn't been good at all this year. Guys usually perform better in a contract year too, it seems odd a guy so adamant about going to Free Agency would suck so much ass during his walk year

Saladino will be a decent utility guy but I don't think he is starting material, and I don't think the Sox FO does either.

Avisuck hit a homer in a meaningless game so all of his failures have been forgotten and he will start in RF every game for the rest of the season
