  1. Yes, it's pretty unrealistic for the Sox to win less than 6 games when they have 6 with Cleveland and 4 with Tampa Bay at home.

  6. This year, the team WITHOUT home field advantage plays the first two games at home, so the Sox are much more likely to be home for 1 and 2 than 3 and 4. Also, the tickets are good for the first two home games of the series, even if they do happen to be games 3 and 4. We're all just calling them games 1 and 2 because that's what they're most likely to be.
  7. I was thinking Reds. If the Reds advance far enough to where they are selling WS tickets and you have access to pre-sale codes, I'd try to get tickets. I'd be interested in seeing them play in the WS, even if the Sox don't make it.
  8. You have access to codes for other teams or just the Sox?
  9. I'm guessing they have a set number of tickets that were held back for that and not available for any of the presales.
  10. Thank you soooooo much! Got 4 tix for Game 2 in Sec. 527.
  11. KC has been a .500 team since July 17. Not much excuse for losing to Minnesota though.
  12. Yeah, you have to go to the VIP room a tip the stripper $100 to get more hands on than KW.
  13. Even an hour later for me than most of you.
  14. Any STH willing to help me out in the presale this morning? Looking for 2 or 4 tickets to ALDS Game 1 or 2.
  15. Sox and Detroit now have an exactly equal number of home and away games remaining, with the Sox still holding a two game lead. Sox have their most difficult of the four remaining series next, while the Tigers have their easiest, so losing one more game off the lead over the weekend shouldn't be a disaster.
  16. (1) Rosters expanded on September 1, so Robin is able to do the lefty/righty matchups earlier in games (2) The offense has sucked balls lately, so there has been less margin for error with the starters

  18. I think it will be a little bit like that, but I think Hahn will have more control than Hoyer, but not as much as KW had.
  19. The position doesn't really exist with the Sox right now. The position would generally rank above VP/GM, but without being as involved in the running of the team.
  20. Look-a Cuban who can get a run home with the bases loaded!
  21. Don't know who that Cook guy is but he just pitched one hell of an inning.
