It's insane how much we are taxed and most people don't even realize how much they're getting nickel and dimed, yet even local governments are beyond broke. This. SO HARD!

I think my annual evaluation is just around the corner. I didn't get a raise last year but that's because I started in August at this new gig. Is there a proper etiquette to negotiating raises? I feel like I make way below the market rate but then again, I'm not sure what source is adequate enough to be a good reference for it. Any thoughts will be appreciated.

I'm just glad Detoilet isn't there. But a ring for Peavy and Thornton sounds nice.

The interesting thing is, there are professional workers with degrees that don't get $15/hour.
