  1. Agreed, I think Joe came to camp really determined to make an impression with the likes of Reed and Sweeney. I think if he wasn't injured, more ppl would be ravin bout him. I was really impressed in his few AB's he had with us. I just hope that he doesn't go back to Charlotte with his confidence shattered because he didn't make it with the White Sox. And those who say Reed should be the 1st outfielder called up should think othawise, because it should be the person who earns it by the performances they put on the board. If Borchard has a betta season than Reed, and we need an outfielder, we call up Joe.
  2. Uribe plays far betta defense than Miles. That's what Ozzie's lookin for in his infielders.
  3. Dallas vs Minny. Damn even our offence would be able to score lots against their D.
  4. Yeah, Cowboys 2004 Super Bowl Champs!
  5. If ever Aaron Miles was goin to perform in the Majors, it would be in Colorado. Great situation for him up there.
  6. The Ken Griffey Jr. rumors to Chicago won't stop until Aaron Rowand can show he can perform consistenly with the White Sox, and with the way he's been hittin in spring trainin, Aaron will prob be CF for a few years yet.
  7. Yeah I was suprised u didn't say sumthin bad bout his article Alex. U 2 hav been busy the last few days with FutureSox though, keep up da good work.
  8. Ugh Puh-Lease, DBAH0's Magic had won sumthin like .... 10 weeks in a row.
  9. Derek Jeter, what were they thinkin?
  10. If there was a way to get Livan Hernandez on this team, I'd do it in a second. Then we wouldn't hav this 4th starter argument, Shoe could pitch out of da pen, with Cotts startin in Charlotte. If only Montreal would take back Koch. Anyways, I'm willin to giv Shoe a couple of starts 1st in the 4th, but if he's still strugglin, Cotts can start for him.

    FYI

Hasn't it been like that for ages, since Alex blocked the thread or sumthin?
  12. Did u see him closing in Toronto? I'd just leave him in a setup role. If Koch struggles, we've got Marte to close.
  13. Koch is a stud. He is a steal at $6 mill.
  14. He has, looks to be a very, very good signing so far. With Mr. Zero strugglin, it's very important that Cliff keeps pitchin well in that set-up role.
  15. Tough situation here, I wonder what Florida would possibly want in a trade? And Adkins and Jackson should be in da pen, Cotts needs to be startin in Charlotte, not pitchin once or twice a week in Chicago and only pitchin a couple of innings.
  16. I'm glad they didn't keep Dransfeldt, the guy's just a flash in the pan. He's never hit well in the majors or in AAA ball for that matter.
  17. Fine, I'll take my business elsewhere.
  18. Welcome aboard to all of the new members we hav here at SoxTalk!
  19. Great idea guys, props to Bull on comin in as well. Hopefully I'll actually know the time diff.
  20. Make sure the free trade agreement you hav with our country is accepted in congress.
