    Walk The Line

    QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Nov 28, 2005 -> 12:20 AM) IMO she looks much cuter as a brunette. and not playing a retarded blonde.
  4. QUOTE(IlliniKrush @ Nov 27, 2005 -> 11:41 PM) "It's not his, it belongs to a friend" - What Irvin claims i believe him, i'm sure he is "friends" with berman.
  5. This is a window that doesn't come very often, we have such a solid core returning and with 1 or 2 more moves, we can be world series favorites. Go for it, this next year could be almost as special if we get konerko back.
  6. QUOTE(Jordan4life_2005 @ Nov 27, 2005 -> 03:21 PM) Jason, I understand everything you're saying. The offense is extremely conservative, and it has to be. We can afford to be conservative due to the fact we have the best defense the NFL has seen since the 2000 Ravens. All I'm saying is that at some point, Orton is gonna have to go out there and win a game. Lets assume Bryant makes that fg, then the pressure goes straight to the offense. You can't be as conservative in a tie game or if you're behind. Your qb has to make some plays. I personally don't think Orton can do that. I would love to be proven wrong, but I haven't seen much to suggest he can actually go out there and "win" a game. Orton has proved more than rex has. All rex has ever been for us is potential.
  7. I agree w/ Jas. For me, Orton has to lose the job, while he's certainly not winning anything, he definitely not losing anything. That's more than we can say bout the past 5 years of bears qb's. Minus 2001.
  8. QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ Nov 27, 2005 -> 02:59 PM) I remember when some of you fools were calling for the Bears to lose out and get Matt Leinart.
  9. hey, remember when i said the bears wouldn't win a game all season? me neither.
  10. Happy birthday to a real college student.
  11. QUOTE(FlaSoxxJim @ Nov 27, 2005 -> 10:24 AM) I have an unpainted, uncarved, ungood pinewood derby car with the wheels slapped on it that my wholly unhandy Dad thought passed for a father and son scout project when I was in third grade. If I remember correctly (obviously this is a repressed memory of a traumatic experience), they had to shave it down a bunch before it could race and lose horribly because it was heavier than the rules allowed. for the 2 years i was in the boy scouts, I won that race both times, and won best looking car both times. .....of course my dad played a big part in that, but ya know. Tex, i'll look around the house and see if i can find anything.
  12. QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Nov 27, 2005 -> 12:45 AM) I would also like to add that makes a great side to a grilled cheese. I think I will have a meal like this during the Bears game tomorrow. correct, but there is a slightly superior version:
  13. QUOTE(Heads22 @ Nov 26, 2005 -> 10:04 PM) Iona up by 17 *hug
  14. Illini 77 Rutgers 57 5-0. 5 Easy games, 4 easy wins. With a young team, i was expecting something to go wrong in one of these early games, that seemed to have happened last night, but we pulled it out. Oh yeah, and i can finally take this dirty IU sig off.

  21. QUOTE(Kalapse @ Nov 26, 2005 -> 10:09 AM) No offense or anything but Miami does not deserve a major league baseball team. If Marlins fans can't support a team that's won 2 world series over a 6 year span then the Marlins should be moved out of there. Maybe they can find a fan base that will support a winning organization. while saying that, you know there are a few thousand die hard marlins fans that are just as big of fans of their team as we are. Everyone in the country seems to think chicago can't support 2 baseball teams, but we know how many white sox fans there really are. Weren't we in their shoes a few years back?
  22. QUOTE(Buehrle>Wood @ Nov 25, 2005 -> 07:55 PM) SO ILL What happened to them? its called graduation and the NBA draft.
