I always argued for a second generation rebuild. Trading off Eloy, moncada, kopech, etc. the future "stars" we got in the first generation of the rebuild. Before they were really known commodities. Imagine how stacked the farm would have been. We'd be in good shape now if that was the case.

That's the thing. It would have to be one of the greatest packages ever for a single player. It would definitely require some young ML talent, not only minor Leaguers.

Bernstein and Holmes fucking suck. I think Benetti is good, but is talent is so over exaggerated on the Score. I hate to sound like a dick, but I think he has become overrated because of the obstacles he has overcome. It's incredible what he has done and he is an inspiration, but I don't think he is an otherworldly announcer.

Holmes is such a fucking dweeb. My favorite thing is how he constantly feels the need to overstate his athletic ability. I remember were talking about how Justin Steele's 4-seamer has so much cut, that it tricks fangraphs into thinking that he is actually throwing a cutter. Larry chimed in and said he understands, because his fastball has a lot of cut as well.

Being honest, I liked him more when he called Bulls games. Maybe that's just because Stacey King is insufferable at this point, and Adam Amin just slobs on his knob all game. I'll miss having Jason call Bulls games on occasion.

Garpax nailed a lot of picks and never traded away so many future assets to create a team that can't even make the playoffs. I'll take Garpax over AKME easily.
