  1. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ May 9, 2016 -> 07:12 PM) RBI groundout to the pitcher? How did that happen? Hit towards 1B, dribbler.
  2. Wait for your pitch Frazier, come on.
  3. I am still confused why Rollins is hitting 2nd
  4. http://mlbfarm.com/index.php?team=CWS&date=2016-05-09 Hayes with another home run Davidson is approaching .250
  5. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ May 5, 2016 -> 06:45 PM) Scott Merkin ‏@scottmerkin 6m6 minutes ago Chicago, IL Talked to White Sox senior VP, sales and marketing Brooks Boyer about a number of things, including interest drawn for Chicago baseball Boyer on possible Red Line World Series: "They experienced it in NY but NY isn’t like Chicago. The Mets-Yankees is not White Sox-Cubs." Boyer: "None of those other rivalries are like this. This would be a true Civil War. It would really separate the city. It would be awesome. City might burn
  6. I am totally cool giving Lincecum an incentive deal.

Jacob May up to .260 average
  13. QUOTE (chitownsportsfan @ May 7, 2016 -> 09:41 PM) They won. f*** the Twins. Everyone did well again...some s***ty hitting with RISP but ok 7-2 win can't complain too much. Sale is the man. We knew that. 63.4% playoff odds. Yea, it's early, but, believe. How does Cleveland have better odds?
  14. Our 5th starter candidates aren't getting any easy opponents
  15. Another great win. I love that we are beating the teams we should be beating, it is a nice change of pace from previous years
  16. QUOTE (elrockinMT @ May 7, 2016 -> 12:29 PM) I think that call is up to Ventura and Cooper. LOL You don't start messing with the staff over the fifth starter. I just want to see one of these guys succeed Johnson pitched on Thursday, so the 5th starter spot should be on Tuesday. They are already messing with the rotation because of the 5th starter
  17. Let's not count our chickens before they hatch here
  18. QUOTE (AustinIllini @ May 7, 2016 -> 10:20 AM) I know baseball doesn't work this way, but I wouldn't even have Sale pitch against Minny. It's sad we have to use a Sale start against that sorry band of losers. I feel like the Twins always give Sale some trouble
  19. That was a fun game besides Latos coming back down to Earth.
  20. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ May 6, 2016 -> 08:55 AM) I dont really think they have jerked him around too much. The guy has been up multiple times, and has had stinkers like this pretty much every time. You can see it in his body language when things start going wrong too, he starts to nibble and is forced to bring his bp fastball to the zone when the count is in the batters favor. I know he has bounced up and down a few times, and apparently felt that he should have stayed with the big league club out of spring training, but I think he really has gotten opportunities to show he can take this job and has peed down his leg every time. The only time i can recall a solid start from the guy was (i believe) a september start where there was zero pressure on him to perform I just don't get how we can judge a guy off one game this year. Everyone has a bad game, I think we need to give these 5th starters at least 2 games. Boston has been one of the better offenses in the league. If Jackson catches Shaw's long fly ball last night Johnson only allows 3 runs in 5 innings (maybe more).
  21. QUOTE (Brian @ May 6, 2016 -> 12:46 AM) You're not kidding. Kinda pissed no elimination. And bananas needs to get over Sarah backstabbing him 2 years ago. It's a game. I expected it, makes for something to look forward to next episode and bring back an audience. I heard that Sarah put out a podcast a couple weeks ago really bashing Bananas (after the season had be filmed). But I don't get how Bananas can be so pissed off about a game move, it is a damn game. Sometimes I think he is just playing this s*** up for the camera.
  22. QUOTE (Lip Man 1 @ May 6, 2016 -> 01:07 AM) Johnson has been given plenty of chances. He's four A material nothing more. In my opinion he doesn't get anymore chances. You can't make deals in early May but Hahn simply has got to run up the phone bill and try. He's got no other choice unless he wants to roll the dice on a kid like Adams since Fulmer isn't ready tet. And here's the thing folks...if Latos has a good year he's gone next year to free agency. So assuming Carson steps into the rotation, YOU ARE STILL GOING TO BE A 5th STARTER SHORT. Mark Luckily we will know we need on and it will be on the top of the list for free agency. I wish we went for one this off-season
