  1. 57 yard attempt... edit- nevermind, reviewing the previous play
  2. Unbelievable. Cutler brilliant again.
  3. Finally an ok drive for us. Cutler/Wilson with a nice 33 yard connection
  4. QUOTE (soxfan49 @ Oct 11, 2015 -> 01:45 PM) Kane may have 100 on his own if he plays all 82 (barring injury/jail time) Yeah, my original post said that, which is what started this whole Kane/Panarin points discussion.
  5. QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Oct 11, 2015 -> 12:15 PM) Well, I was just basing that on Panarin needing 34 points, and the Calder Cup winner last year putting up 39 points. So if it happens, Panarin is basically going to be a finisher for the Calder Cup, which at this point obviously looks good, but who knows what could happen. Right, but if Kane stays healthy for the whole season then I think he could easily surpass his point total from last year. And honestly, this year's rookie class is so much more appealing than last year's, I wouldn't be surprised if Panarin can get more than 34.
  6. Surprised we even got a couple first downs on that drive.
  7. QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Oct 11, 2015 -> 02:28 AM) I don't know about 100 from just Kane, but I did tweet yesterday a prediction that Kane and Panarin will COMBINE for 100 points this season. They work together beautifully. Considering Kane had 64 points last year in just 61 games, I think them combining for 100 will be easy. Of course, injuries can happen, but let's hope they don't.
  8. QUOTE (SoxAce @ Oct 11, 2015 -> 07:18 AM) Kane has 6 points actually. Panarin with 4. Yup, my post wasn't updated as they were playing at the time.
  9. QUOTE (scs787 @ Oct 11, 2015 -> 10:09 AM) Looking like Royal is out along with Jeffery. Hurray for a Wilson-Bellamy-Meredeth-Mariani receiving group. Yup, confirmed, no Royal or Alshon.
  10. Ruben Tejada out for postseason with fractured fibula from Utley's slide.
  11. Kane with 5 points (3 G, 2 A) in 3 games, Panarin with 3 (2 G, 1 A). With Kane playing on a line with Artemi and Artem, I think he can have a 100 point season if he stays healthy.
  12. And another goal from that line. Kane this time
  13. Any idea when NHL 16 will add Panarin?
  14. Panarin with another goal
  15. QUOTE (fathom @ Oct 10, 2015 -> 06:14 PM) Due to his horrible play though. He was garbage today, everything up in the zone Oh, got it. Thanks.
  16. Just started watching, but weren't his runs unearned?
  17. QUOTE (WhiteSoxfan1986 @ Oct 10, 2015 -> 03:31 PM) Looks like Brett Cecil is going to miss the rest of the postseason. Would be nice if Mark Buehrle was able to take his spot on the roster. QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Oct 10, 2015 -> 02:29 PM) steve simmons ‏@simmonssteve 54m54 minutes ago NO BUEHRLE: Jays add Ryan Tepera to playoff roster to replace the injured Brett Cecil.
  18. QUOTE (Hatchetman @ Oct 10, 2015 -> 04:28 PM) DeAza garbage. Viciedo garbage. Youk. Beckham. 36 year old Konerko. Adam Dunn hit .204. Couple guys had unexpectedly good years and the position players were still 16th in WAR. You lost credibility right off the bat. Look at their stats and then try and back this up. Notice I didn't include Youk and Beckham because they were the two players who I did not think have good years. Konerko was 36, so what? Still put up good numbers. Dunn hit .204, but had 41 HRs and drew 105 walks. That's what we signed him to do.
  19. And we know he can't play LF.
  20. Don't know about his defense at third... and his hitting isn't even good anymore. 1 year of LaRoche > 3 years of Hanley
  21. QUOTE (staxx @ Oct 10, 2015 -> 11:54 AM) This. No need to mention more. Yup, I don't know why it's so hard for some to understand. Also, technically, got Tim Anderson out of it too.
  22. QUOTE (Hatchetman @ Oct 10, 2015 -> 03:04 PM) No I meant 2012. AJ had hit the fountain of youth somehow and Rios had a fluke year. Other than that looks like garbage to me. Wasn't a fluke year for Rios, he's had multiple seasons like that. Pierzynski, Konerko, Ramirez, Viciedo, De Aza, Rios, and Dunn all had good years. How is that "terrible"?
  23. steve simmons ‏@simmonssteve 54m54 minutes ago NO BUEHRLE: Jays add Ryan Tepera to playoff roster to replace the injured Brett Cecil.
  24. If this hasn't been mentioned, the shedding of 2012 salary/losing players for "nothing" were instrumental in netting us the funds to sign Abreu.
