  1. QUOTE (hi8is @ Dec 11, 2016 -> 06:42 PM) Astros number 30 prospect. Not all glove, 50 hit tool with no power. High defensive marks. Severino from Washington is more elite all glove type. I'd target em both... Robertson and Q. Nice info thanks man! I'm hoping STL comes for Nate Jones and we can nab Kelly from them in a deal.
  2. Also need to find a young catcher. Who's this Stubbs I'm hearing about? Is he all glove?
  3. Bears have to take a shot at one of these young QBs right? It sounds like Cleveland will take the star defensive player. We'll see what s***ty SF does. They're run terribly. I like John Fox and think you'll be alright. Hang in there Bears fans. This isn't a great QB class, so I'm hoping one falls into the laps of my Kansas City Chiefs. (DeShaun Watson)
  4. I think Houston will fold this week sometime. Martes, Tucker, Musgrove and one more I'd say.
  5. QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Dec 9, 2016 -> 10:59 AM) I don't see how anyone can come to any conclusion that Tim Anderson won't be a decent hitter based on where he is in his career and 2016 numbers. TBH, his numbers were a lot better than I thought they would be. Sure, he could be a guy like Avi who had a nice run with the bat but it wasn't sustainable, or he could be a guy that develops. If his walk and k rate remain the same, Fangraphs has a point. If he adjusts, it's silly talk. Agreed. From what I saw, the ball jumped off his bat.
  6. I said it as a joke LOL it's a f***ing stupid ass word. Purely sarcasm there. Sorry
  7. I know I've read that Hahn is looking for a catcher throughout this process. Would love to see a young good one in return somewhere.
  8. As much as I love Quintana (and I do very much. He's bae), he is a very, very valuable trade chip. I just want some legit hitting prospects in this deal. Thus, I really like the Rockies for him.
  9. I won't lie the Boston article has me bummed. I really wanted Rafael Devers in the deal.
  10. I'm honestly good wherever Q goes. Just want him to win. There's 0 doubt that if he's traded, it's for a really good package. I just want a couple really talented hitters as the main pieces in return.
  11. I just don't see the Yankees willing to give up what it takes for Quintana. Frazier, Torres ++
  12. QUOTE (Quinarvy @ Dec 9, 2016 -> 02:03 AM) I think somehow in the end, Hahn gets Bregman if he deals with the Astros. Would likely be a Q+ deal for Bregman+, but Hahn just pulled off Moncada and Giolito. I don't think anyone expected the Red Sox to part with Moncada or the Nats to give up Giolito for Eaton. Hahn upped Quintana's trade value by sending him to the Red Sox, because it means other teams really have to step up to go after them. Must be why the Astros are balking at the trade? If Hahn gets Bregman, that'd be incredible
  13. Good to see them selling pieces off individually in order to maximize the amount of talent brought back. However, I don't think Robertson has a ton of value.
  14. Good I hope they screw the Nats over again. Sounds like Jansen is going to Miami or returning to LAD.
  15. Jones should have really good value and I believe someone said as much (maybe Dave Cameron).
  16. Roberston's market will heat up now that Chapman signed and Jansen is probably close. Best thing would be for Jansen to go to the Marlins.
  17. This is the best thing for the Sox honestly. Really hope Jansen goes to Miami.
  18. I'm off to bed. Hope to wake up and see another killer trade or two. Surprised they haven't gotten rid of Frazier yet. I expect Quintana to be moved tomorrow unless it's travel day for these GMs
  19. Forgot meetings are over tomorrow so they'll probably go back to Chicago and take a day to posture.
  20. QUOTE (Baron @ Dec 7, 2016 -> 09:49 PM) JR kind of looks like Paulie HAHA
  21. QUOTE (Baron @ Dec 7, 2016 -> 09:45 PM) Goodfellas method of doing business always works Especially when Hahn is playing the role of Robert De Niro
  22. Boston paid up. Washington paid up for Eaton. Now Houston or Colorado will. Phil Rogers even said as much when he said Houston and the Sox are far along on a deal.
