I've definitely been pleased with Frazier lately, but Trayce is a damn fine player and I know from the start he was the wrong guy to give up. Montas and Micah I could handle, Trayce was a bad move. Whatever get past it and move forward, just wish they'd have thrown something else in there for the Dodgers.

Exactly. The badness of the NL really f***s everything up. It basically means nothing that comes out of that league can be taken seriously.

AL lineups are absolute death marches right now, I doubt the Mets, Nationals and Cubs would be boasting these all world staffs if they had to face this stretch of the Sox are in the midst of.

If you consume much NL baseball this is pretty much what it looks like. It's an embarrassment, the NBA stepped in and put an end to Hinkie's "process" but the NL is allowed to turn into a AAA league and nobody bats an eye. Absolutely ridiculous what the senior circuit has become, and its not good for the game.

I think there is little doubt Nola will finish 2016 the better pitcher. Rodon still has a lot of work to do to even scratch his ceiling, whereas Nola seems have been ready for MLB batters from day 1.

Sox have to wait another month for more AL teams to sink. I dont think the Marines and A's will still be seeing themselves as contenders June 4th, and the Yankees are quickly approaching "abandon ship" mode. Those are three very interesting rosters the Sox can pillage.

Fangraphs doesnt update their leaderboards until the AM. Quintana was the best pitcher in the AL by fWAR going into tonight's game... I can only assume he's going to climb even higher now.
