White Sox at Royals, 5/11/23
Teams all over the Majors the rest of the year are going to be licking their chops in anticipation of playing this pathetic bunch of stiffs.

White Sox at Royals, 5/11/23
But as usual they’ll screw it up.

These guys can’t run without hurting themselves, never seen anything like this.

Keuchel's Mom may have been right all along!
The track record is the proof in the pudding, yes they are a pathetic organization.

Least likeable team since 2000
That is a fact.

Least likeable team since 2000
I don’t remember the 2000 team being unlikable, they sure could hit but like most Sox playoff teams except for 2005 fell flat on their faces, IIRC a few of our starters had arm issues heading into the playoffs.

What did Robert say? Got it.

And That's a White Sox 4-2 Winner !
It looks like Jose might be reaching the end of the road but he’s had awful starts before but not sure as bad as this year. He only hit 15 homers last year and none this year so it looks like he has lost some power. The other thing is there has always been a question about his age, he might be a couple of years older than stated in his bio.

Winning ugly ain’t bad, losing ugly is

Who is the Sox All Star?
Vaughn, on pace for 124 RBI.

Diekman to Rays...
Best pitching coaches Sox ever had were Ray Berres and Johnny Sain. No one has really come close to those 2 especially Berres.

Diekman to Rays...
My first thoughts.

White Sox vs. Royals 5/8 6:40 NBCSC
He watches so many Sox hitters swinging at pitches in the dirt that he thinks the rest of the hitters in MLB are as dumb as Sox hitters, just dumber than dirt, no pun intended.

Why was Katz hired in the first place, before he was hired by the Sox he spent 1 whole year in the Majors as the assistant pitching coach with the Giants but then why was Hahn hired?

Nightengale: Gio won't be on 2024 White Sox
It’s doable, a lot of us remember the 1983 Sox who were 8 games under .500 at 16-24 in late May but after that they were just about unbeatable finishing at 99-63. The current team has the talent but I’m not sure if they are as good as the 83 team, best stretch of baseball I’ve ever seen the Sox play, first thing is they have to get everyone healthy and stay healthy and then to start to believe in themselves and play as a team, this little stretch they are on now gives us hope.

Nightengale: Gio won't be on 2024 White Sox
We’d be on a nice roll with a 7 game winning streak if not for winnable games that we lost against the Reds on Saturday and especially the Twins last Thursday.

And That's a White Sox 17-4 Winner !
Let’s take 3 of 4 in KC.

Quote of the Day...
I saw the video and it told us a lot, I wouldn’t be surprised if he is the problem and even a cancer on the team. I’m not sure about Jose being that much of a leader, if he was he sure didn’t help much last year or thought that things were too much out of control and not fixable thus his move to the Astros, based on what we have seen this year, he wouldn’t be wrong.

That would be cool if Bobby Miller wound up with the Sox, he was a great pitcher up in McHenry but more important to me is that he is the grandson of my best friend growing up in Rogers Park, unfortunately he never got to see Bobby pitch as he had a bad time in Vietnam and came back a mess with PTSD and other problems and died about 20 years ago.
