Jeez, this team does not try very hard.

Weird thing I just noticed. Sox entire outfield throws lefty. When's the last time they had that?

Cuz Moncada? He did not play all 9 innings of that game. I would be shocked if he plays in KC.

Blowout, leading, or trailing there's only one constant for Pedro, Jimmy Lambert in to pitch.

He did not have his best stuff, but did the job. an 11 run inning will lead to a lot of throwing it up there and letting them hit it.

Is Sosa gonna get an AB in a 17-4 game?

11 run innings, also good.

Please let Legumina's nickname be "Peanut."

Ashcraft went from throwing a Soxtalk no-hitter to out of the game mighty quickly.

I prefer 7 run innings.

Who had Vaughn triple as a prop bet?

Ashcraft's Soxtalk Cy Young campaign is briefly interrupted.

New member of the 40 man Sammy Peralta gave up 7 runs in the 9th (2 earned) on 6 hits. Depth.

On the bright side, at least Hanser didn't injure anyone.

Cespedes and Popeye have both homered.

Nightengale: Gio won't be on 2024 White Sox
Ugh, sorry to hear about your friend. I'll be rooting for Miller regardless of uniform.

HR Brooks Baldwin. Of all the college guys from last year's draft at Kanny, he's the most intriguing to me. Switch-hitter who can play all over the field.

5/7 Games
Dalquist done. 4 no hit innings, 4Ks.

5/7 Games
Dalquist looks shockingly under control today. No runs in 4 innings.

Nightengale: Gio won't be on 2024 White Sox
If they trade TA, they should prioritize pitching. Dodgers have three guys who are close -- Pepiot, Stone, and Miller. I would take any of those three. Gio would get you something. They should start shopping him now while he's still pitching well. Internally, there's not a lot. I do not believe in Burke. Mena is very young, but he has plus control and pretty good command. I could see him coming fast. Cannon will be up by the end of next year. Don't know how much impact he'll have, though. Matthew Thompson is teasing that he may be a big leaguer. Under the radar lefties like Sommer and Murphy might be depth options by next year? Other than that, you can count on a couple of scrap heap signings.

5/7 Games
Moncada 3-3 with a HR. Reyes really trying to earn the call up. Colas with a double.

5/7 Games
Gonna have to be patient with Pallete because of the TJ, but Cannon has passed him for me. WS up 3-0, Veras up to .327. Gladney runs a lot better than you'd expect. Scored after a walk. Those two are screaming up the Sox very thin prospect list.

Should we open the Trade Winds forum early this year?
