Getting rid of Vaughn should not be a priority. Of all the 1st basemen in the league, he’s one of them. Probably a bad pick at 1-3 given the fact that Pasquentino was taken in th 11th round of the same draft, but he’s productive on a team with very few productive offensive players. IMHO, this is going to take a massive organizational overhaul, so what happens with Vaughn one way or another is just not gonna matter much.

Yohandy Morales at 15 would confirm everything we already know about the Sox. They like right-handed power hitter who do not control the strike zone. You know who else likes that profile? Right-handed pitchers.

Elko is 8 months younger than Andrew Vaughn. Seems like a great guy and he's carrying Kanny, but to get a true idea of whether he's actually a prospect, he'd have to make it to AA.

Kanny won 8-0. Another nice outing for Shane Murphy. Yohemy Nolasco made his A debut with a 3 inning save.

Brutal. Actual rightfielder needs to catch that.
