  1. NO FINALS FOR ME, NO COLLEGE FOR ME
  2. good thing cal ripken decided to call it quits, and he was voted in
  3. Jason Giambi batting .195. If he gets voted to start, this is why the voting has to be taken away from the fans, ESPECIALLY with the new winner-take-homefield look to it. I know. Same thing in 2001, when the Mariner fans tried to get David Bell starting at third, while batting something like .230. Giambi will be starting though, unless he gets injured before July 15th.
  4. Just a little FYI, this story's hit WSI, let's see how they react this time....
  5. I know it's early, but these are the fans voting we're talking about, the same fans that had almost 7 Mariners starting in 2001, even David Bell, who hitting something like .230, there choices are easy to predict.... But these are who I think will be in it. I'll try to pick the back up's too, just one though, I'm sure they'll have more than, but those won't be as accurate. AL 1B Jason Giambi Back-up: Mike Sweeney 2B Alfonso Soriano Back-up: Bret Boone SS Alex Rodriquez Back-up: Nomar Garciaparra 3B Hank Blalock Back-up: Eric Chavez. C Jorge Posada Back-up: Ramon Hernandez DH Edgar Martinez OF Manny Ramirez OF Torii Hunter OF Magglio Ordonez OF Back-ups: Ichiro, Tim Salmon, Rocco Baldelli NL 1B Todd Helton Back-up: J.T Snow 2B Jeff Kent Back-up: Marcus Giles SS Edgar Renteria Back-up: Alex Gonzalez(Marlins) 3B Scott Rolen Back-up: Mike Lowell C Mike Lieberthal Back-up Ivan Rodriguez OF Barry Bonds OF Vladimir Guerrero OF Sammy Sosa OF Back-ups: Jose Cruz Jr., Gay Sheffield, Shawn Green Well there's my best guest, why is it the NL Satrters are always chosen better than the AL Starters?

    Looking for music

Possibly "Carmina Burana" by Carl Orff, I think you'd recognize it when you heard it, that's a dramatic operatic song, with a devilish feel to it... Don't know if it's the exact song you're looking for though
  8. Man that Column SUCKED! Who ever wrote that is a real s***ty writer and speller, C'mon "John" Garland! What the f*** is that?!?!

    X2

..cause I haven't seen it yet But I will, it made $85.85 million this weekend, God Damn! Puts it in 4th place in the all time box office opening weekend figures, Spidey being number one, followed by the 2 Harry Potter movies, but I think Matrix Reloaded may top everybody, and if it doesn't suck, and/or lives up to the hype, Revolutions may top that. If the ending of Reloaded is a major cliffhanger, or something completely unexpected or crazy happens Revolutions may own for a while.
  10. probaby would have turned him into a starter though, more than likey wouldn't have been as dominant, but you never know...
  11. I just looked it up, he leads the Carolina League with 16 SB's
  12. Wow! Yan is Hitting .330?! If he can keep this up maybe he can make it to the big show, All I really know is that he can FLY. And that he changed his name, to a much much worse one

    Ryan Meaux

Here's his line for Winston Salem 10 games 0-0 0.00 ERA 2 SV 22 IP 14 H 17 K 1 BB Just another guy to add to are array of impressive Left Handed Relievers. Anybody know what he throws?
  14. Did you just burst into laughter as well at the absurdity of movement on that pitch?
  15. I'm no expert, but I remember hearing somewhere, that Coop was working on helping Billy to stop falling to the first base side after his delivery, he seemed to not do that a couple times in the 8th, especially on that stike out pitch to whoever that was, and in not falling off, the radar read 96, the times he was falling off, the guns were reading 91-93/4, and Cirillo crushed one. Anybody else notice that or am I just crazy? Wait, don't answer that second question
  16. Ooops, double post, can someone delete one?
  17. I was just flipping through the channels and stoped at UPN to watch the Dodgers games last pitch by Eric Gagne, he had Nunez of the Pirates down 0-2, and drops this wicked hook on his that completly fools Nunez and he's gone staring. Man I just burst into laughter when I saw that pitch, and Vin Scully was also cracking up at the pitch, when Lo Duca came out to congratulate Gagne they we're both laughing. I think I may just tape the Sox/Dodgers games that I go to, just to hear what Vin has to say about the Sox, he's just an awesome announcer.

  21. The funny thing about that, is that Jon's 2 wins have come against the Twins and the A's of all teams
  22. as long as Danny doesn't completley 'splode tonight in Charlotte, I think we should expect him to take Josh's spot next time around.
  23. The Seattle Mike Cameron's beating our ass again, I'm gonna make a prediction, Mike Cameron will hit for the cycle today.
