  1. If I had my way with the lineup, I'd make it: Eaton Jackson Abreu Frazier Cabrera Lawrie Garcia Avila/Navarro Rollins
  2. QUOTE (Y2JImmy0 @ Apr 9, 2016 -> 07:47 PM) It was awful in general. I arrived at about 12:15. There were lines outside the stadium up until past first pitch. They shut down the Upper Deck because of ice but they didn't let anyone in the stadium until about 12:45. I didn't get inside until the 2nd inning. It was just really s***ty planning. Then the food and drink lines were horrendous and the workers just took forever. It was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had a Sox game. It's never like that. I did get a voucher for any April/May home game though. This is pretty much what I experienced as well, except I arrived at 11:45.
  3. What. A. Game. The place exploded when Avi hit that bomb. So f***ing clutch.
  4. Who is Carter? I thought Cody Anderson was pitching for them today.
  5. He most likely won't ever be the same again. Bummer. I hate the Cubs, but it sucks to see him get injured.
  6. They took whatever momentum they had from the Oakland series and completely flushed it down the toilet. f***.
  7. If the Sox intend on competing, Danks has GOT to go. He has nothing left in the tank and frankly, he would've been out of the rotation a long time ago if it wasn't for his s***ty contract.
  8. I f***ing hate Danks. The game is over before it even started.
  9. QUOTE (EvilJester99 @ Apr 8, 2016 -> 03:15 PM) So glad I got tickets for tomorrow. Get to see Sale instead of Danks! YES! Plus there will be no rain and it'll be sunny.
  10. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Apr 8, 2016 -> 12:23 PM) Indian's SLU https://twitter.com/MLBastian/status/718484666924326913 Can you please post it for those that dont have Twitter access?
  11. QUOTE (fathom @ Apr 8, 2016 -> 12:11 PM) Just heard him on the radio and it sure seems like the Cubs expect it to be a ligament tear If that is the case, how long will he expected to be out?
  12. If this gets canceled, what happens to tomorrows game?
  13. Bold prediction: The Sox net a QO compensation pick from either Danks or Latos this year.
  14. QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Apr 8, 2016 -> 08:34 AM) I started making a list like the OP, but it was basically just players from 2005-2016 given my lack of baseball watching experience, so I stopped at number 28... DeWayne Wise lol, same here. I don't remember anything baseball related before '05.
  15. I'd take Loney over Sands in a heartbeat. If nothing else, he could hit in the second spot in the order and play solid defense. He has a solid OBP that would be nice behind Eaton and in front of Abreu/Frazier/Cabrera.
  16. Let's take 2/3 from Cleveland to make us 5-2.
  17. Big K right there. Now get a double play.
  18. They're going to blow it here.
