I'm loving this hitting!!!!!!

Can someone please give me a summary of all the hoopla? I missed it all.

Samardzija vs Price It should be a good game if Samardzija has his good stuff going. Does anyone know why there has been so many day games to start the season? I almost always miss day games during the week for one reason or another. Go Sox!

QUOTE (Harry Chappas @ Apr 15, 2015 -> 02:18 PM) Eaton may be he dumbest baseball player to ever roam the earth. Crashing into the wall on a ball that was not catchable last year was my first indication, getting thrown out at home to end a game you are 6 runs down in was another and today is just icing on the cake. Cabreara is not doing the things he was brought in to do but then eaton is not helping him Abreu looks a 20 year old that is mystified by the breaking pitch Garcia better have some reason why he could not bat today. The offense really should have pounded the ball yesterday and then today after bauer left. Again this team was not ready for the season to start and still is not. Absolutely perfect post. Nothing else really has to be said. QUOTE (JoshPR @ Apr 15, 2015 -> 02:19 PM) How stupid is that coin noise when the indians score The constant drumming bugs me more personally.

QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Apr 15, 2015 -> 02:16 PM) Cabrera at least made solid contact....Jose Ramirez is just a beast at SS. Along with Iglesias, Escobar and Santana, four nice-looking young talents in the AL Central. That's true. Even if that would've been a hit, chances are that Abreu and LaRoche wouldn't have driven him in anyway.

QUOTE (JoshPR @ Apr 15, 2015 -> 02:13 PM) Who cares about that.... No one. I'm just b!tching and moaning about various things like everyone else here.

RV needs to send a message and bench Eaton and Cabrera on Friday. They're not cutting it.

Thank you Eaton, Melky, and Abreu for destroying my fantasy team.

Worst game of the season IMO, terrible in absolutely every aspect.

Jose needs to crush one right here.

Gave them a free out. Unreal.

DONT BUNT WITH 2 STRIKES!!!!!!!!!

This is why we need robots calling balls and strikes instead of umpires ... It is getting ridiculous.

Nice inning by Albers. What happened to Putnam? Are they just not using him?

QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Apr 15, 2015 -> 12:18 PM) And when Flowers plays, it's why isn't Soto playing. I swear people think everyone should hit about .600 except the opposition who should hit no more than .050 against White Sox pitching. Do you think those 2 at-bats were acceptable in that situation?

That was atrocious. There's a reason why Shuck and Soto should be riding the pine.

Nice inning for Danks. He pitches a lot better when he works fast.

QUOTE (QuickJones81 @ Apr 15, 2015 -> 09:33 AM) The line score from the pen yesterday jumps off the page. Combined innings 7, 8, & 9, Jennings, Duke, Robertson: 3.0 IP 0 R 0 ER 0 H 1 BB 8 K That's what wins are made from my friends. If I didn't know any better, I would've thought that those stats came from the Royals bullpen.

His stuff is insane. He was well worth the money the Sox paid him.

Winner winner chicken dinner! It's so nice to have a dominant closer again.

Robertson is pure filth. Wow.

This baserunning is atrocious.

Q didn't have his great stuff today, but he kept the Sox in the game. That's all you can ask from a starting pitcher.

Carrasco got destroyed right there. Hopefully he is ok. I hate to see stuff like that.

I'm hoping the Sox can split this series, and then take 2/3 from Detroit. I'm not optimistic, but who knows, maybe they'll surprise us.
