  1. Everyone has hit on it already. Japan or, most likely, Texas after May 1. I hope Boras' other clients are taking notes on this
  2. Where have you heard this? I haven't heard or seen this discussed anywhere
  3. I still don't think we're number 22 though. JMHO.
  4. We didn't need anymore Baggs Seriously though..... why do all the Choice backers think the Choice bashers blame Choice for the Sox's poor showing in 2001 and 2002? I don't get how me saying that K-layton sucked donkey balls can be translated into K-layton is the reason why the White Sox didn't repeat 2000's success. K-layton sucked. PERIOD. So he had a 90-something fielding percentage. Too bad he had a range of 2 to 3 steps in either direction at SS. If that was the range exhibited by an ARod, Nomar, or..... dare I say it..... a Valentin, their fielding percentages would probably be between 98-100% too.
  5. And that scares me, especially if we are contending this year and JR gives KW the green light to make a few trades. Since KW has thrown in 2 or 3 minor leaguers (and some good ones; see Joe Valentine) in every deal for the past year and one-half to two years, he may very well trade away the future if the White Sox are in serious contention this year in an "All or Nothing" approach to winning the WS. God knows KW has been bamboozled before..... I bet Billy Beane is hoping and praying for a great White Sox season
  6. In Carlos' defense, he only runs to the bullpen clubhouse to take a piss when he's in LF Baggs
  7. And some of the guys that they have as rated prospects (Rauch and Olivo) should be with the Big League team come Opening Day.
  8. Either him or Guido is going to have to drive to the games this year cause he ain't smoking in my new car. Not that he does usually, but when he's crunked, he usually goes to light one before I catch him and remind him that my car is a "No Smoking" vehicle. Can't even take the chance that he'll light up and I won't catch him till it's too late
  9. Nine cemetaries with at least 10,000 Americans each during WW's I and II Baggs. We owe France..... LMAO
  10. Too bad the ticket sellers never believe us when we say that RPS doesn't need a ticket because he never occupies a seat. LOL!
  11. Good to see Top Prospect alert was right to add Honel to a prospect to watch. Too bad they f***ed this up though. No way our farm system is number 22 in all of baseball. I can think of 4 or 5 right off the top of my head that are much worse than ours. Alas..... I don't put much faith in lists anyway.
  12. I voted. SoxNet up to number 10. And after the way RPS and Guido were treated by Bova and Co..... :fyou WSI!

    France

You just have to handle them properly. I've been to France before and NEVER spoke a word of French. They tried to get me to speak French, but surrendered in the end, speaking English to appease me! If you don't back down, they will eventually break and cater to you! I now would like to go to France and visit the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, the Llourve (I think that is how you spell it), Versailles, and all of their other national monuments and place stickers all over these landmarks which say, "Preserved For You By The Armed Forces of the United States of America." Check these stickers out in MAXIM on newstands now under "The Ugly American" article .

    France

You can sure trust the unbiased, objective writers at "The American Standard"! Give me a f***ing break. Maybe you missed the words "Parody" at the very top.
  15. I remember the commercial you are talking about but I don't remember the song. A part of me, though, wants to say it was a song by The Who.
  16. If Sharpton is elected President, I'm moving to France
  17. We don't owe France f***ing s***. Ever heard of the Revolutionary War, dumbf***? Jesus Christ, you are narrow-minded. I'd say that the United States more than made up for any help that France afforded us in the Revolutionary War as evidenced by the nine US Armed Forces Cemetaries in France with at least 10,000 dead American soldiers buried just during WW's I and II. Karko isn't as narrow-minded as you think my friend.
  18. Would you walk up to a NYC fire fighter or police officer and say this? Fact of the matter is, when we're attacked, on our own soil, it's usually these brave souls that are first in..... as evidenced by 9/11. You don't have to enlist in the Armed Forces to serve your country. That is the biggest crock of s*** what you just posted. I know you have a son in the Marines and I am 100% behind him and all of the men and women of our Armed Forces across the globe. And, God forbid, if we are ever attacked again like we were on 9/11, with a great majority of our Armed Forces set up for a potential war in Iraq and then, quite possibly, with North Korea, who will be first in to take care of the injured and protect the lives and property of those still alive? Your local and state police and fire services. They put their lives on the line for you EVERYDAY..... IN THIS COUNTRY..... DURING TIMES OF WAR AND PEACE! Also, keep in mind, that the local police and fire services don't have nearly as advanced or high-tech weapon and bodily protection systems like those that we afford to our Armed Forces..... and rightfully so. In summary, you don't have to enlist in s*** to serve your country proudly.
  19. At least I agree with you on your opinion of System of a Down
  20. We can wave "bye" to them as we leave them in USCF's parking lot to clean up after the tailgate and they can listen to the game from there. LMAO
  21. According to Channel 7's ST report from Tucson, it's 7 years. It's number inflation in the negative column
  22. That's pretty much it..... in a nutshell Chisoxfn.
  23. lol cw.. seems to me i have a similar problem.......i also got a letter from the white sox saying that they will offer me 6 seats down the line for my 3 behind home plate.....they want me to give up my seats for mlb purposes.... what do ya think.......i think i could get more money for my 3 behind home than i could for 6 down the line ...........either way who the heck do i take???? my boys will be down south at my dads house then.......whats a girl to do.................hey killa there will be a certian amount of tickets sold to the regular public.... but like you said its when mlb releases them not the sox.............good luck getting any........ If you have any trouble getting rid of any of your tix HSC, just let me know . Then again, I may not need to try and bum some tix from you if I can make up my mind and decide whether or not I'm going to go with one of the split-season ticket plans. Decisions..... decisions.....
  24. Well, according to Chicago Media types, Frank will be breaking a 7 year silence with the Chicago Media on Saturday. I know Frank has brought some of this media backlash on himself, but the Chicago Media inflates Frank's silence the same way they inflate ShamME's ego. No way it has been seven years since Frank has talked to the media. With the way the Media treats him, I wish he'd stay quiet and just wallop the bejesus out of a baseball.
