I really would like to see this team come out and play well next week in Cleveland. They cannot continue to play this poorly against them. I doubt Kansas City is going to be the walkover they were last year which means the Sox are going to have to play better against Cleveland and the Twins. I know that a split in the series is not bad, but the Sox really should have won 3 of these games.

Vaughn looking better at the field than at the plate. I think he will be fine eventually but I am ok with sending him down when minors start. I am not sure he is quite ready for Major League pitching yet.

The last time I had seats that Steve said to get to really see the velocity was one of the first appearances of Shingo. His lack of velocity had guys corkscrewing themselves into the dirt. That was very fun to watch.

I did not realize that Tim did not win a silver slugger award until the year after he won the batting title. Looked it up and Xander Bogaerts did have quite the year at the plate in '19.
