  1. QUOTE (flavum @ Apr 16, 2017 -> 04:37 PM) Hopefully Jacob May gets his first knock today. Go to New York feeling ok. I swear every time I see him or Asche up they either strike out or ground out to 2nd or short.
  2. That foul ball homerun by Jose reminded me of that one Austin Jackson foul ball that he hit at Target field last year that would have been a grand slam. It went right between the foul pole and that wall...like not even 10 inches of space.
  3. Well this sucks. Basically on the other end of the stick compared to our game against Cleveland the other day. Q just has to put this game behind him and look forward to the next one.
  4. QUOTE (Moncada @ Apr 15, 2017 -> 12:29 PM) Davidson is on fire right now and most if not all of his damage has been against right handed pitchers. So why the f*** is he only allowed to play against lefties. He was a top prospect at one point, I would think the sox brass actually would want to see if they found some gold with him. It's just stupid to not give him the most playing time right now. Play him at DH, 1B, and 3B. Kid should be playing a ton so they can gauge whether or not he can be a part of the future or not. I am sure there is a reason...but yeah doesn't make much sense to sit the guy the day after he hits what ended up being the game winning homerun...unless he is sick or something. Probably doesn't do well for a guy's confidence.
  5. Soo, Avi a pretty good candidate for player of the week I'd say.
  6. Matt effing Davidson. His homeruns have been extra exciting because I'm pretty sure all of them so far have given us leads in the games.
  7. Right now, Todd is basically getting paid to play defense, hit the occasional home run, and pop up. Oh and run in to bad luck apparently. I guess you could throw mentor in there as well.
  8. That's not a change hawk, it's a slider
  9. Fantastic AB from Willy here. Keep fighting them off.
  10. Would be a nice time for Abreus first bomb
  11. Love it. Work the count More Tim! Make the pitchers pitch to you!
  12. Would like to see these rooks start working the count a little more
  13. QUOTE (flavum @ Apr 14, 2017 -> 07:55 PM) Tarp is on the field and they'll be in a delay. No other info. Eyeballing the radar, I don't think it's going to be a long delay. I don't think so either
  14. QUOTE (flavum @ Apr 14, 2017 -> 07:39 PM) Game not starting on time. I see by the radar it is raining in Minneapolis...do you know if they have determined a start time yet? Is it officially delayed?
  15. Would be nice to see the Sox pounce early on another starter who had a rough first game, much like they did with Tomlin last night. I fir one would like to see Kevin Smith catching and Willy Garcia getting the start in LF (or CF, whatever).
  16. QUOTE (soxfan2014 @ Apr 14, 2017 -> 12:36 PM) W. Garcia LF L. Garcia CF A. Garcia RF Bring back Freddy!
  17. So far Hawk has mistaken Carlos Santana for Francisco Lindor and now Leury Garcia for Omar Narvaez....cmon Hawk!!
  18. QUOTE (flavum @ Apr 13, 2017 -> 07:08 PM) I responded when it said 2 hours. I wouldn't have said anything had I saw the edit. Just messing with you. I did screw up at first saying 2 hours lol.
  19. QUOTE (flavum @ Apr 13, 2017 -> 07:06 PM) 55 minutes I bet your desk is very organized.
  20. It's taken 1 hour to get through 2 innings
  21. We have found our DH ladies and gents
  22. This is probably old news, but what's wrong with Frazier?
