I think the cold and damp weather in the first two months did not help the players. For fans this has to be one of the worst weather years to go to games in memory....either too cold or rainy. It makes me think that a retractable dome stadium would be a great idea - especially if they can barter with the Park District for some area with a view of Lake Michigan. Think outside the box.

I'm not questioning that he had a press release affirming the agreement when it was announced. So what? What has he done since then? Reportedly attend a game? Big deal. Has he invested one additional dime in the organization since then? I don't see this as a time to lay back and wait for Jerry to pass at some point in the future while the organization devolves but it is beginning to look like that is how this transition will be handled.
