  1. The FBI investigation with a one week time frame and of limited scope was a stall tactic by the Democrats even though it needed to be ordered by Republicans and they set the parameters. Got it. Fantastic critical thinking. This FBI investigation was cover for Jeff Flake, Murkowski and Collins who are all cowards and were scared to vote yes. Nothing more. There is corroborating evidence about Ramirez's allegation against Kavanaugh. The FBI just was prohibited from looking into it and the GOP wouldn't let her testify before Congress. Plenty of evidence Kavanaugh has lied under oath repeatedly. The Ford allegation is absolutely a he said/she said situation but let's not act like that is the only allegation facing Kavanaugh or that he hasn't broken the law repeatedly by lying under oath. Kavanaugh has clearly demonstrated he is not suited to be a supreme court justice but go team GOP I guess. Party before country. Let me also say that Kavanaugh is not under trial, there is no presumption of innocence when you are on a job interview. My company would never have hired this guy in a million years under these circumstances but he is going to be on the Supreme Court without a real investigation. Amazing.
  2. Absolutely hilarious. Of course you can't find any one to attest to any of the allegations when you are actively refusing to interview third parties with information.
  3. I love that Trump isn't even denying the New York Times' report.
  4. The sham FBI investigation ordered by Republicans because Jeff Flake is a coward who wanted cover for his cowardice is a Democrat stall tactic. Got it.
  5. Hahahahahahahaahahahaahahahahahaahahahahaahahahaahah That's my response to your partisan nonsense.
  6. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/supreme-court/dozens-potential-sources-information-have-not-been-contacted-fbi-kavanaugh-n916146
  7. https://www.newyorker.com/news/news-desk/will-the-fbi-ignore-testimonies-from-kavanaughs-former-classmates I’m shocked that this is a sham allegation being conducted by the FBI. V
  8. Super lucky there. I thought Gore would just keep the bat on his shoulders and he would have been on.
  9. That clearly doesn't hit him
  10. Well to be fair, she isn't being allowed to interview Judge for some asinine reason (maybe because Republicans know he would be a disaster so they are hiding him) and only got 5 minutes to question Kavanaugh in a situation where he was being protected by Republicans.
  11. Or ask it, get his answer where he won’t say he wants one. State for the record he won’t ask for one and doesn’t want Judge to testify and move on. Trying to get your “A Few Good Men” moment isn’t going to happen.
  12. The 5 minute format is also terrible if different people each use the time. Should have had more coherent plan for how to attack him if you were going to have each take their 5 minutes but the right way to do this if you weren’t having a prosecutor is to have the same person take the 5 minutes each time so they can follow up and continue lines of questioning.
  13. A good prosecutor who got the time for each democrat could get a lot done in that time. You just return to exactly where you left off the last time you were questioning him if a line of questioning is going well.
  14. Also, forget who it was but the guy on CNN who said women always lose in these situations was absolutely right. Yet another example just like Anita Hill that is is pointless for women to make allegations against men in power unless they have photographic evidence. Republicans yet again showing they don’t give a fuck about women.
  15. Lol. Well committing blatant perjury doesn’t matter and Flake is a fucking joke. Tries to say the right thing but in reality he is a coward.
  16. I wouldn’t go nearly that far but he was incredibly evasive yesterday which in my experience indicated someone is at least hiding the ball on something, his demeanor is terrible for a judge and while all judges are somewhat partisan you simply can’t have someone on the Supreme Court spouting off conspiracy theories.
  17. The old white Republican men had already decided their good old boy hasn’t don’t it before any testimony was heard yesterday. Stopping women from having abortions and making sure crazy people have easy access to guns and that they can keep putting up walls for minoritirs to vote is way more important than making sure a Supreme Court judge is properly vetted.
  18. You also have things like basically saying he only drank on weekends when his July 1 entry clearly indicates otherwise (how no one called him out for that is beyond me).
  19. So Cornyn basically admitted Mitchell got fired because they didn’t like her questioning and didn’t feel she raised certain arguments. Of course I’m guessing she got fired because of the July 1 entry and her questioning putting together that as a potential day for Ford’s allegations. I missed a couple senators, did any ask about that? If not just a terrible job prepping by them. Especially with his opening statement that it had to have been on a weekend and he was always out of town on weekends.
  20. Not sure he has answered a single question asked by a democrat directly
  21. Absolutely. Kavanaugh’s been a horrendous witness. Did anyone prep him for cross questions?
  22. Kavanaugh refusing to answer questions
  23. One of the Democrats better have poured through these to point out discrepancies.
