  1. At least we got that comp pick
  2. I'd die for Bogaerts. Bogaerts >> Correa
  3. Don't think we are pushing for it.. We'd just be open to it. I certainly would not be happy with prospects coming back.
  4. Whoever signs swanson is going to regret that
  5. I am all for trading Anderson, have been for years. However, I'd prefer a swap of MLB players not prospects. Gorman makes me hella nervous given his K/BB.
  6. Liberatore is falling outside the top 100 after a second rough/meh season in a row. Pass.
  7. Looove Trea Turner. I wonder how this will age once his speed goes.
  8. Hopefully nothing imporatant loll. C is a low need due to our payroll constraits. UNLESS you can dump Grandal
  9. They literally need 2 starting OF.. Colas is 1
  10. I'll go with this being a real rumors since @Pal also insinuated something may happen with a MLB player this winter meeting.
  11. Wheeler had 3/4 years of over 180 innings prior to his Philly deal.
  12. I'll go with a LH OF signing (Gallo)
  13. I'd much rather have Degrom at his contract then Verlander's.
  14. DFAing Grandal makes absolutely 0 sense at this point. Give him at least 2 months to see if he can regain his pre-2022 form. Cutting him for 18 million would be asinine. Now if you can have a team pickup some of the salary, that's a different story.
  15. I am leaning towards if you can get a serious piece, dealing him makes sense. He was tragic his first two years, then figured it out with a pitching motion we all saw as volatile, potential drop off injury and likely not sustainable. He isn't signing back next year so your only hope is a QO, but if he has another bad year, we wouldn't wanna offer that. If you can solve another issue with him with a cheaper, more controlled player, it makes sense. Would I trade him for prospects? No. He's a re-tool trade guy for me.
  16. I feel strangely good about this week
  17. If we pickup his option and he declines, can we still offer him a QO?
  18. I would love a Thomas acquisition. Any idea if we still have interest? Didn’t we have interest pre draft
  19. Correct. The 4 player trades were Sale and Quintana
  20. These were their MLB pipeline rankings
  21. At the time of trade, Giolito was a top 10 (but would drop with the new update), and Lopez was a top 50 (late 40s). Dunning was the fringe 100-150 guy that finally made the list a a year later
  22. I’d just off a bridge if the Sox even thought about that trade
  23. If we had another promising year in 2022 I’d be all for dumping the farm for him… but given our horrendous year and continued terrible health, idk if trading 3 or 4 of our top 10 prospects makes sense
