Brian Anderson hit two off Felix 11 years ago tonight. Ah, the good ole days.

That's crazy...and Felix is only 30 years old.

Hyperbole thy name is fathom

Don't see 3 of your 4 base runners make an out on the bases too often

Here we go bases loaded, new pitcher, let's do this Timmy.

Incredible play by O'Malley

Yeah no kidding

Shuck had no momentum on his secondary lead there

Yes but I often see you say it is the worst game you have ever seen

I still hate this organization for putting crap around a prime Chris Sale.

Trade em ALL

Or how about getting rid of Shuck and letting Coats get some at bats? Shuck is just a horrible player that this org loves for some reason.

ONly 120 pitches for Sale in this critical August series.

Is anyone in the dugout or front office on planet earth?

Abreu just not doing much with the bases load this year.

I guess you missed the part where Sale was striking out every thing that moved in the last 3 innings.

120 pitches is what good starting pitchers should be able to do every 5th or 6th day.

Please itemize what was gained for the Chicago White Sox in pitches 100-120.

And yes, of course Sale CAN do it. But there is no point in doing it. And most DON"T do it every 5th or 6th day.

We gained 3 innings of scoreless pitching with a pitcher who was clearly not tired, hurt or laboring.

.

He struck out like... 8 of the last 10 batters or something...

Arbitrary pitch counts... are arbitrary

120 pitches obviously isn't something they're going to allow him to do every time. But every once in a while when the stress innings are low, it shouldn't be a big deal.

And this bullpen needs some nights off.

19th time this year the Sox lost a game when allowing an opponent three runs or less.

Sale has got to be talking to himself by now. He should have 19 wins.

Mark

As long as he doesn't have a knife.

I could actually see him going around the ballpark and turning the guaranteed rate arrows in the up direction if he were to give up 8-9 runs in 2+ innings sometime next April.
