Seems like a really solid pick up, as far as late October waiver-claims go. I remember last year when the Brewers got him, Fangraphs or someone said he was a really shrewd pick up and could be useful. Glad we can at the very least replace Shuck if Tilson doesn't pan out enough to be our 4th OF.

I remember someone on here pining for him last year or the year before.

Dont know how I missed this thread, love this pick up. Even if he ends up being a dud, you take a chance on talent like his. Only problem is I believe he needs to be on the 25 man at the start of the season to be kept.

He's the type of guy who can end up on 3 different teams by the time Spring Training starts.
