Lot of talk about Puig. Why do we want to trade Abreu so bad and deal FOR Puig? I thought we only wanted minor league prospects in rebuilding. Puig is 25 and a big leaguer. Abreu is only 29. Why not keep them both?

I think Sale either gets shipped for Bregman +, or a pretty damn good package of prospects from AA or under from some team.

I'm sticking with my original prediction of Sale getting traded to the Astros. Their team president recently came out and pretty much said the last thing on their off-season to do list is adding an ace. A trade just makes too much sense for both organizations.

If you're rebuilding, you don't want to add a potential negative volatility to your roster like Puig.

The Sox are not the right place if you're looking for a positive change of scenery - the franchise has really poor luck in helping anyone's career.
