Fries are pretty versatile. It usually depends on where I'm eating because certain fries taste better dipped in different things but I've eaten fries with ketchup, mayo, tartar sauce, honey, cheese (with and without bacon) and ranch.

Honey mustard is decent. So is spicy onion ring sauce.
