According to the update I just received from the MLB app, the preview show begins at 11:30, with the actual draft resuming at noon.

Yes, I assumed it was because it hadn't started.

The MLB feed online won't work on Google Chrome. There is live coverage now on the feed. Try Internet Explorer or another browser.
