No. It should be placed at a league that decided that this is what instant replay should be used for. To dismantle the neighborhood play (and get more guys injured) and to have ppl in dark rooms make judgement calls about where a runner would have been at a particular moment in time. It's ludicrous. Baseball is not the sport for full-scale replay. It boggles my mind how ppl like Stone could support it.
