Poor Avi. Like you guys wrote, .303 now. This game of baseball is unforgiving. Now he appears to be lousy after being an all star earlier. 3 for his last 24 plate appearances.

Only 17 hitters in the AL are hitting .300 or above.

At 54 RBI, Avi's been in an RBI drought as well. He has 3 RBI in July. Only 3 BB all month. Hitting .239 for the month by far his worst month.

I loved it when he was hitting .340. Wonder what's changed. Probably just the game of baseball. It is unforgiving. The marathon of the season ultimately gets almost everybody.
