The young guys will have to get used to trying to work on their own games and excel in spite of the fact they come to the park realizing there's no chance of winning.

That has to be tough to get used to. It has to affect your performance when the team you play on is one of the worst if not the worst in baseball. It's probably one reason to just keep all the prospects in the minors until 3 seasons from now, then start the season with all of them raring to go.

Not saying it's impossible, but good luck to our young guys playing on such a miserable, pathetic team.
