Before he began to drop down to 3/4 on Aug. 5, James Shields had a K-rate of 16.6 percent. Since then it's 23.1 percent. #WhiteSox

 

ERA around 4.40, which I guess is a lot better than it was.

 

Strikeouts definitely up. Honestly, if he has anything to do with Giolito settling in so nicely, I'm good.

I can't even get mad about that Trout homer. I just like watching the dude play.
