    Nice catch by Trayce. The pitching has been awful tonight. Terrible stuff and hanging so many pitches with 2 strikes

    Hellickson will take a perfect game into the bottom of the 7th for the Nats against the Padres.

    Stoney and Jason make this crap tolerable. They are a pleasure to listen to again tonight.

    As far as disappointment with Lopez and Fulmer, I think most are fine with what they've done...all things considered.  (Did anyone realistically expect him to have an ERA under 3 for the full year?)

    It's Giolito who is far and away the biggest cause for concern.

    None of them are missing bats, and they're all walking the world. When Lopez faces decent hitting teams, he doesn't strike anyone out really and he walks 4-5 batters per game. I won't be surprised if he starts getting shelled too.

    Yeah, him and Swarzak last year....Albers for half a season in 2016.  Minaya at the end of 2017?

    I guess you can count Nate Jones THIS year.
